I know, there are a ton of NPC ideas out there for people, and you can get lots of ideas out of Rifts and Rifters for story ideas, but that means nothing here.

Weapons: Got your attention, didn't I? As a GM you can't help but come up with weapons and armor for their player characters. You can find both things on this site, but they're not just any weapons and armor. That's right they are THE BEST weapons and armor. Tried and true brute strength is not the best alternative to diplomacy and bribery, but it's a close second.
