INFORMATION:
MT.DAGULDOL is ralatively a new climbing destination within the Vicinity of San Juan batangas.Mountaineers Began Climbing Mount Daguldol couple of years ago after Buboy Francisco of UPM Discover and Begun exploring the place sometime March or April 2001. The Hugom Environmental Guides Association (HEGA) was organized by the local government of San Juan with the help of UPM. They were the first mountaineers who have scaled the mountain

A unique setting of climbing can be done here since the trailhead starts from the beachfront which is not common to most Philippine Mountains.The trail is well mentain there is actually cemented pathway in some portion and resting station along the trail build by Local Barangays for the climbers and tourist who wants to scale the mountain you will trek the forest trail gradually ascending in its slope,A marker points to a branch on the trail Says "Naambon Falls" It?s a three-minute descending trail to the base of a waterfalls called Naambon Falls, famous for its magnificent 80 feet drop. First potable Watersource is located on a house along the trail. near the house of Mang Zardo.you can take a needed rest there mang Zardo is very accumodating to mountaineers. From their hut, its 1-2 hours to the campsite. Be courteous to mang Dolfo if you happen to see him in the campsite he's the cousin of mang zardo he lives along the area and he owns Niyugan and Anahawan campsite,niyugan is the most convenient campsite since its near a watersource from there you can trek and explore the Rock face of "Bilaran ng Limatik" its the best vantage point in mt.daguldol and also the highlight of the climb. you can also explore the nearby peak of Mt.Naguiling they said it can be scale via one day trek from niyugan., There are still other places waiting to be explore in this new mountaineering destination.

Mt. Daguldul has 3 major campsite namely camp1 "Niyugan" , Camp 2 'Gulogod Baboy" , camp 3"Anahawan"
A MUST:
A Guide is a Required in scaling Mt.daguldol but they are not required to stay with you troughout the climb The cost per guide is 350 pesos per day.(300 pesos goes to the guide and 50 pesos goes to HEGA) plus a climbing / Green fee of 20 pesos is required for each climber.
Apply Sun block before the start of climb as part the trail are exposed to the sun specially during the aproach.

DAY 1:

5:30AM - ASSEMBLE AT JOLLIBEE ALABANG
6:00AM - ETD Alabang for Lipa Batangas
8:00AM - ETA Lipa Batangas.(take tricycle goin to lipa market)
8:05AM - ETA lipa Market look for Jeep bound to san juan or rosario Batangas
9:30AM - ETA San Juan Look For Jeep goin to Hugom or ask the driver to bring you straigt to hugom (additional fee)
10:00AM - ETA Hugom (HEGA Visitor shed) Rest
10:30AM - Early Lunch by the Beach
11:30AM - ETD to Mt. Daguldol
3:00PM - ETA Niyugan Camp site Fitch Tent.
3:30PM - Explore Anahawan Campsite
4:30PM - Back To Niyugan Campsite
5:30PM - Prepare Dinner
8:00PM - Dinner Socials
9:00PM - Lights Out!!

5:30AM - Wake up call.
6:30AM - Breakfast,
