The Phoenix Suns are a team on the rise. With the 2002-2003 rookie of the year Amare Stoudemire starting as power forward the Suns have great diversity in their starting 5. This past offseason the Suns kept quiet and selected Zarko Cabarakapa out of Serbia-Montenegro with their 17th overall pick. Look for the Suns to compete for the 7th or 8th spot in the playoffs.
