The Toronto Raptors have very high expectations going into the 2003-2004 NBA season. After a dismal season at the bottom of the leagues standings the Raptors were very disappointed. However the raptors landed the 4th overall pick in the entry draft this year selecting Chris Bosh from Georgia Tech. The Raptors will also have Vince Carter back from injury and Antonio Davis will be ready for the season. The Raptors will look to avenge last season's failure by going deep into the playoffs with they're new coach Kevin O'Neil.
