| This is Derek Sopha. I am working on this one for The Vice Pres. of the Fortworth BACA Chapter. Derek was born May 25 1985 and passed away September 22 2001. He was murdered by and intruder in his home in Casa Grande Arizona. It will be more of a challenge to do this sculpture as I never had the chance to meet this young man. With the Danno sculpture I was able to study him everytime I was around him. Hopefully I will be able to capture a bit of Derek in this sculpture. I don't have much to go on but as I get pieces of info about him It wll help bring him to life in this sculpture. |

| Ok since this picture I have made your nose a little smaller Derek. I know its not that big..... |
| Also with this piece I am going with the wire frame like My new sculpture of Iron Man. If you have seen the pics of My draggon, sorry to say it ended up in about a million pieces. I have learned from doing it that an internal stucture is a MUST. So with this one all should be ok. I will also put a real pic of Derek on these pages once I get my scanner working again........ |
