Finally, after nearly 5 months of mystery, my permanent party was revealed to me, a few weeks earlier than I'd expected. Ft. Hood, Texas 1 hour out of Austin, 3 from Houstin & Dallas. Navarro is heading to 1st Cavalry w/ me & his Airborne request has been approved...so I'm hoping for mine as well..he says we're set up on the buddy system -- MOS, BCT, AIT, permanent party...so theoretically, that means airborne together.
1st Cavalry gets deployed a lot. Wahoo!!
Class 5-99 seems to think ill of Anderson. Ah w ell...she's alright to me...Seems to think we'll be having an off post/return -- apparently 4-99 only had 1 on post, so...
Her court-martial was taken back a step to an Art 15 -- forfeiture of pay & 14 ED/Rest (time already served)...now it's just a waiver to remain in her MOS (71D)...
But A is offering me a hang & shared booze/movies till I hafta return...w/ Quitanna & prolly a few otehr friends. I have little $$ as I just sent MBNA a $500 note, there's no BofAs for me to attempt Cook's check, and I only have $20 in hand...$19 credit & $9 credit on my 2 visas...plus the MBNA I can afford to dig into...so I gotcha $$ aplenty...just xpensive to use. Too bad I hadn't filed @ a month ago...$700 hua hua! No more depent I be!
