Finished (almost) painting the weight room, green/blue strip/white (top)...need to tidy the blue -- DS Vasquez ordered us outside for a break at every 20 min -- max exposure to the fumes they have so little for us holdunders to do its amazing...Several () have KP tomorrow...I am not one.  DS Teope upgraded this next weekend pass to Post...so its off to clothing & sales (DX those tight pants -- purchase jungle boots...)  to fast food, and to bowling alley -- booze "time to earn my nickname" I said...

Adams & 1 are too loud talking right now...Inkelaar is his predictable asleep already -- early, did no PT, even though he "says" he's worried 'bout passing his PT diagnostic...I did tris & bis & pects...good work out...I benched 160 on the machine for 10 reps...

PT -- MS w/ Captain Salyer this monring was a joke -- I felt a bit of my abs during sustained 1/2 situps -- but that was @ it...cut myself shaving -- forgot I put a new blade in...
