Missed out on Victory Fortress – free coffee/cups by Chapel – Christian music setting.  Missed out on coffee w/ Kristy Erin Wright, NG, 71D, age 19 (bday in march (16th)) from Virginia, near Mt. Vernon (Updike – Rabbit series)  Red hair, blue eyes, smile to die for, freckles to tantalize, and a beautiful body & mind – cheerful intelligence/sparkling wit & a thoughtfulness to match…and I think I may just be in love -> but hold fast soldier and don’t go blowing things out of proportion, but I know she likes me, & likely more than just a battle buddy…or so one like I wishes…she does tend to get near me when we’re on detail (usually).  FG at 2100 now – break about 1 min.  I’m at my post, 2nd floor FG chair – same exact place I was at last time – at least it’s first shift…

One thing about Ft. jackson – humid as heck compared to OK, and much warmer…

Had a great run this mnorning, one in which only 12 of us kept up the whoel way.  DS Teope congratulated us all saying we did a bad ass job cuz it was a hard run, a “gut check”…

More detail – sweeping the walk – almost finished first coat of paint in the weight room – then TA 50 inventory – followed by another congratulation & vote of appreciation from DS Teope…”and that’s VA, Va, va…”

Won a game of chess today w/ “Frenchie”…he reads Jordan – on Lord of Chaos…and he & Keller (and anotehr?) have a campaign going that he sort of unofficially invited me into…haven’t talked to Chappel or Mendoza/Eklhom/Garcia for days now…
This time 1st week we were on our way back to the hotel & grabbing our beer…
Diagnostic PT test tomorrow – 34 ppl got picked, by the alphabet, for KP…love that “V” name…
