Phase change ceremony again today, after the COC...we had to skip two of the major tall obsticles by order of the BC -- unsafe at present time IHO...bummer...the log ladder was fun though -- 40ft, up & down in a couple minutes -- no fear of heights unlike WH (wetherhult), who freaked & cried, especially after AH (angerhauser) fell...(but he's OK thank goodness)

Our blue flag got rolled up right after getting it due to a dirty latrine...fucking clean when I left this morning...*sigh* Ewalt said it thus (our guideon (flag bearer for the day)) "I'm sick of carrying this blue cuetip around"...

Got a letter from Sarah MacAdam today -- along w/ some candy confiscated until I leave...but it's the letter tha counts.  She's almost done w/ school & taking a cruise during break in Jan...nothing works out as we plan -- she'd displayed wonder at her future "corporate-type career" instead of married w/ children now, at age 23.  So glad to hear from her.

I also received a letter, supposedly, while on US Weapons detail -- not that I've seen it yet...been pestering @ it...one can only hope.  Could be info about who's picking me up, or not picking me up from SFO.

Also found out, my bus to Tulsa leaves Dec 18 2400...leave begins Dec 18 0800...so who knows what happens in between those 16 hours...hopefully free time.
