GRYPHONIC ARTWORK !!!

(You'd be amazed the darndest places they show up!)

Didn't you swear that you saw it move...? Didn't you swear that you saw it move...?

The following images are NOT to be downloaded, they should be used only for reference, so please read the disclaimer before proceeding.

As I ever "attempt" to economize disk-space, and transfer files, you should see gryphons of all sorts go up quite commonly, and please, if you have any additional gryphonic pics you would like to share, feel free to mail them to me.

The first completely computer-generated attept I did of the character Cheetaerah, from both my novel, and the Myths: Fantasy Writing List . It was done by Me, [email protected], and there are more of this white gryphon to come, even though, sure, she doesn't look very white here, more of a silverish-grey.

Two gryphonic statues, photographed by Tirya, who is the proud owner of a grand gryphonic-site, The Gryphon's Eyrie, click on each for larger images.

A black and white "griffon head" done by Dee Dreslough, [email protected], you can even visit her informative, fantasy/artwork site here.

A wonderous, colorful flying gryphon done by Dee Dreslough, [email protected], again, you can visit her informative, fantasy/artwork site here.

A very nice, perching gryphon, likely done in colored-pencils, done by An unknown artist, and if the artist can be found, please contact me, so that I can give him/her proper credit.

A grand tigerish brown gryphon, posing at the egde of a cliff, with other flying gryphons in the background. It was done by 1993 Ellisa H. Mitchell.

A simple, posing gold gryphon, it pays all-too close a striking resemblence to the brown gryphon above, and under closer inspection, I found it to be the same image, done by 1993 Ellisa H. Mitchell, that someone had colorized. It goes to show you that sometimes altering doesn't cover anything up, but you do have to give them credit, for the gryphon still looks VERY good.

Three screen-captures from Quest for Camelot featuring a character better-known as "The Griffin." Warner Brothers Productions. I would STRONGLY recommend seeing the movie, which is currently in theatres, and also visiting their VERY well-done web-site here.

A REALLY Large Picture of the cover from (one of my favorite books) The White Gryphon by Mercedes Lackey and Larry Dixon, cover-art by Jody A. Lee

I mean why, why do something like download a story or picture that someone else (such as I) spent a lot of time on and then allow others (either by intention or design) to take it as their own? *sigh* There are strict copyrighting laws on our side, so just don't! Or you'll be sorry... ...believe me... *The Regal Tigress Glares*
