*The United States will create a government Health Care system to cover all children up until they are finished with college. This Health Care system will also cover senior citizens who cannot afford private Health Insurance, and all those incapable of getting a job(whether it be a disability or a chronic illness).
*The United States will implement tax incentives for companies to provide Health Insurance to all of its employees, as described in my economic plan. These incentives will be significant.
*The United States will use the Medicare and Medicaid systems to provide health insurance to families who make less than 150% of the poverty line.
The only people I haven't laid out a health care plan for are working adults who are not provided health insurance by their place of employment. The hope is to make the tax incentives so great that companies feel compelled to provide health insurance. If health coverage is still a problem the Raines Administration is prepared to make Health Care Coverage an obligation that businesses must provide.
