To The General Public Who in Their Opinions Are Victims of Public Guardians or the Clark County Public Guardian.
Judging by the public out-cry received over the internet and from other sources, it would be sacrilegious to allow this corruption to continue in our Judicial System, especially Guardianship Court when we can fight back, make a difference, change the laws and bring justice to so many. All it takes is a few ethically conscientious men and women of integrity investigating and practicing law. They are few and far between but to name a few are: Attorneys Grenville Pridham, Las Vegas, Nevada, Donald R. Davidson, Laguna Niguel, California, Darcy Spears, Investigative News Reporter, Channel 3 TV News, Las Vegas, Nevada and Richard Bastian, Investigative News Reporter, Atascadero, California. Citizens also need to understand the crucial need for themselves and their loved ones to have a Living Trust as there is always going to be bad guys. Once we bring the present ones down exposing them and this corruption there will be more to take their places, but we still need to fight them back, changing the laws to better protect our rights.
In my opinion and the opinions of many apparent victims of the Clark County Public Guardian, this is what is taking place in our Judicial System, especially in Guardianship Court. Of Course it is the decline of morality, lack of ethics, conscience, perhaps fear of crime, terrorism, self doubt, or just plain greed, which makes the Ethically Challenged worship money as they do, but this isn't what brave men and women have fought and died for. In my opinion and others the Clark County Public Guardian has replaced Ethical personnel with the Ethically Challenged. In lieu of a judge, the Clark County Public Guardian has their own Court Commissioner. The Court minutes are written the way they want them to be written. The Court video cameras are on, off and altered at their discretion. They carry "off the record", "discuss in chambers" and "approach the bench" way too far. Allegations of all types are trumped up against Private Guardians which are slanderous, untrue and difficult or can't in any way be proven false, as the Clark County Public Guardian not only has their own Court Commissioner in lieu of a Judge but their own Investigators, Attorneys, Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, etc., working for them. In my opinion and others large monetary and other forms of kickbacks are given to the Ethically Challenged of the Medical, Legal, Social Service Communities and others. To be Ethical and conscientious within these communities is apparently bad for business. As stated, it would be sacrilegious to allow this to continue without a fight for our rights and justice. With new laws we can more effectively protect ourselves and our loved ones.
