I am not confused,
nor am I trying to be chic.
This is just who I am.
I'm attracted to both
men and women.
But I am 100% QUEER!
I have always like this word. It sort of rolls of the tongue. It has attitude. Yet elegance. Then when I discovered the connotations it had (read: GAY)......To me it is the best way to describe myself: out of the ordinary, odd, peculiar, unique, perhaps a bit archaic (as of a different time), and of course having homosexual tendencies. Yet, because I am a sort of swinging pendulum of sexuality, I am all the more queerer. Add to that a love of music and theatre, reading, (youth) education, poetry (writing/reading), and two pet rats, and you have yourself one QUEER grrl!
