| Dha Dhuit!!! On September 16, 2000 I was handfasted to the most wonderful man in the world. We have know each other for 3 years and work at the same company. We started dating in January 2000. Moved in together in June and I asked him to marry me in August. We decided that we wanted to do a handfasting with a flair so we thought doing the handfasting with a Woodlands Faerie Theme would be a lot of fun. I made our costumes and Wayne was dressed as an Earth Faerie in browns, golds, and greens. And I was dressed as an Air Faerie in pinks, blues, reds, yellow, oranges, with butterflies in my headress. These elements were chosen because they fit our personalities. Wayne is very grounding and I am very frenetic and at times flighty. We compiment each other. He grounds me when I need it and I give him energy to soar. Anyway here are pics of the Handfasting, I hope you enjoy them! |
