| Rainbow Riders Cycling Group |
| Welcome to The Rainbow Riders. This group of Cyclist is a group
of riders that is gathered by their passion of cycling. We welcome all riders without discrimation. All riders who ride in these group rides must be friendly to all. Riders need only their passion for cycling, and their love for fellow cyclist. |
| Our Mission : To unite all cyclists by their common passion for cycling.
To get other cyclist to ride with other riders, by allowing our cycling culture to grow. Thus bridging the gaps of generations, and creating one happy cycling community. So if it's bikes you lust, come ride with us! Together cyclists can use pedal power to unite, and spread the passion for cycling one pedal stroke at a time. |
| All riders must have their own spare tube, patch it, pump or CO2 in case you get a flat.
These rides may or may not have a mechanic on hand so you must be self efficient to fix your own flat tire. Also make sure you have a bottle of water, along with a some kind of sports food so you stay hydrated and do not bonk. Make sure you have light, it is Colorado State Law for cyclists to have a light. |
| If anyone would like to become ride leader, please give Deb at Sprockets and Spokes an email with the following information: your name, a contact
number, a vaid email address, and the type of rides you would like to share with other riders. All riders ride at their risks, and all riders must wear a helmet on these rides. All riders are responsible for their own actions, it is stronlgly suggested that all riders only ride to their level of ability. Do not try any rides that are outside your comfort zone and/or riding ability. All riders must read and sign a waiver, print one out and bring it to the ride. Give the ride leader your signed waiver before the ride starts. Let's get out there and ride! |
| All ride leaders must have the knowledge on how to repair a flat tire, and must be able to assist any riders who get a flat tire. |
| 2007: There is no fee for being a Rainbow Rider and we believe there shouldn't be. Cycling is about having fun, and you can't put a price on that. |
