Shaking and trembling,I squeeze through the crowd,Thinking about being in her arms tonight...

I wonder where she is--then I see her standing there.So obvious all along.

My heart stops and my legs shake;Just as I begin To lose my balance,she pulls me into her arms.

Pulled into her tight embrace I take in the scent Of her perfume and cherish it.

For I'd only see her a short time--and even though She isn't always here, The memories are imprinted In my mind forever.

The Sunset paints the sky in a beautiful array of colors;
She turns around and stares into the eyes of her lover
Intensity fills the air, as each are nervous.

He wipes the sweat from his brow Knowing this is a good thing,
Not wanting to mess up...He searches her eyes, looking for the answer
Of what to do next. They both lean in at the same time.....

He kisses her softly as the calm summers wind whirls
Around them Locking them up in a world of their Own.
Both their worlds stop for the time being as they are embraced in
Each others arms.

Pulling away they feel as if the whole world shattered.
Knowing they had to part was the worst of all,
For they weren't permitted to be together.
One day they'd meet again...

As they parted their separate ways tears filled his eyes,
He quickly wiped them away, scared someone would
See him Cry, He couldn't help but choke up.

The whole way home she sobbed, she couldn't forget
His kiss, and he way he looked at her, She knew they
Had to meet again.

They were so young, everyone says it's just a crush
Or childish puppy love. How would they know?
Love can be found early in life, and be embraced
Forever.

A message in a bottle, passed around to a variety
Of different people A message of great importance
The message of love She'd written to him with
Great courage and strengthHold high hopes that He would
Show up.

On a warm summers night the moon light
Danced across the lake, stars twinkled in the sky,
Sitting on the pier, feet dangling into the water,
Scared he wouldn't show, just when she was about
To give up, she heard foot steps behind her.

Upon seeing her still there he jumped, he had expected
Her to leave by now at the same time he was
Relieved that she stayed, He extended his hand toward her,
Pulling her up into his arms he held her tight never
Wanting to let go.

Time went by so fast--I took it all for granted, didn't Cherish it--Now im alone.

Memories still stay clear in my mind,As if it were yesterday--I try to move on--Trying not to scream---As I sob quietly in my mind.

Nothing can fix a broken heart. If only I could have her back in my arms again--So many regrets in such a short time.

Trying to get someone to listen... No one hears a sound,Sitting in a crowded room--surrounded by many people. Still, I am alone.

Years later I still have to wonder, If she was my soul mate--my one, my meant to be. Was it all supposed to happen this way? Or did fate just make a wrong turn in thepath of life?
