| Cake Mix Cookies |
| 1 box of cake mix !/2 c. oil 2 eggs Stir together and then stir in chocolate chips, nuts, rice crispys, or whatever. Drop by tablespoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 10-12 minutes. Leave on the cookie sheet for a few minutes to set before removing to a cooling rack or on to some newspaper to cool. |
| This is a great recipe for when you need to make cookies, but don't want to go to all the trouble. Also, there are so many different cake mixes that you can create unique cookies that will impress everyone! |
