| Speedy Stroganof |
| Prepare wide noodles, or rice, according to package.* In a sauce pan or deep skillet, brown 1# of ground beef with 1 small onion, chooped. Drain out the grease. Mix in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of sour cream. Stir in a little milk if it is too thick. Add a can of mushrooms if you like them. Serve over the noodles or rice. *Makes about 4 cups of sauce so make noodles or rice accordingly. |
