Speedy Stroganof
Prepare wide noodles, or rice, according to package.*

In a sauce pan or deep skillet, brown 1# of ground beef with 1 small onion, chooped. Drain out the grease. Mix in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of sour cream. Stir in a little milk if it is too thick. Add a can of mushrooms if you like them.

Serve over the noodles or rice.

*Makes about 4 cups of sauce so make noodles or rice accordingly.
My son requests this whenever he sees ground beef in the fridge. He says, "Mom, can you make that saucy noodly stuff?"
