| Recap from 'Did We Ever Have A Chance?': After getting a busy signal from Andrew's cell phone, Raine comes home from her job at the nightclub Darkness Falling to find Andrew making out with newcomer Ashley Brenton. She leaves Macabre's Castle, walking until she reaches Havitulean Cemetery. There, she is abducted by an uknown assailant. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Snatcher The Ripper was seriously regretting his decision to go through with this mission. Seconds after Raine had been pulled into the waiting vehicle, she had promptly kicked Snatcher in his nether region, and when he bent down to hold his abused testicles, she had broken his nose with her knee. Snatcher had then yanked off his boot, and used the heel to try and render her unconcious. This was not the best idea. Snatcher was now sporting a black eye, as well as a bloody nose. "Master Snatcher, maybe we ought to--BEELICKER!--let her go. I mean, is it really--HARMONICA!--worth getting--CRITTER--mauled over?" Random suggested, as he drove. "Random, do me a favor?" "Yes Master Snatcher?" "Keep you opinions to yourself, and focus on driving!" Snatcher snapped. ~*~ Mick Summers walked into the den of Macabre's Castle, after noting that his sister's vehicle was indeed in the driveway, albeit not in her usual spot. He approached Andrew, who was watching a movie, though not really paying attention. "Hey Drew? Would you tell Raine that Dad wants to talk to her? He said something about keeping Artimes out of his hair so he could hunt in peace. Where is Raine anyway?" Mick asked. "I dunno. She just walked out after we broke up." Mick's eyes widened, and his eyebrows furrowed with astonishment. "But I thought you two were getting along fine!" he exclaimed. "We were. Mick, your sister's a great person, but I don't have those kinds of feelings for her anymore. I was seeing someone else behind her back. I was going to try and let her down gently after our date tonight, but, after she caught us, it was a little too late." Andrew sighed. Mick's look turned from astonisment to worry within a second. "How long ago was this?" he asked, concerned. "Over four hours ago, why?" "Squeakit Andrew, no one's seen or heard from her, besides you, since her shift ended at Darkness Falling! Do you have any idea where she might've gone?" Mick asked, growing more worried by the second. "No, but I'd check Impending Doom Apartments, and Havitulean Cemetery." Andrew suggested. "Good thinking, she might be visiting Mom's grave. I'll check there, you go and check Doomed High, and the rest of town. I'll call the others." Mick stated, sprinting out the door. Taking a quick glance up, he caught sight of Raine's explorer. Without a second thought he yanked his spare key out of his pocket, and took off, commandeering the vehicle. "Creator, please let her be okay." he muttered. ~*~ After an hour of struggling, the trio arrived at the castle. A seething Raine was nursing a bump on the back of her head. Snatcher was sporting a black eye, a bloody nose, and was walking rather funny, because of his much abused safety zone. A figure appeared in the entrance area, sighing. "There you two are! How long does it take to retrieve a prisoner, especially a FEMALE prisoner?!" it asked, exasperated. He was dressed in a baggy black t-shirt, which read 'Slipknot' across the front, a pair of baggy black cargoes, and a pair of black Vans, which matched Raine's own. His black, slighly wavy hair was down, and it reached his shoulders. A silver ball bearing hoop gleamed in his left ear. Snatcher and Random cowered under the glare of his jade green eyes. "Well, Ms. Summers here is particularly rambunctious." Snatcher stated, through clenched teeth. "She kicked him in his nether regions, Master Travis." Random elaborated. "Well, you lord high master, now that you have me here, what do you plan to do with me?" Raine asked sarcastically |
