2005 has been a rough year for Paxton. Freshening in July last year, she was GCH at our fall show after winning her dry leg at the summer shows. We decided to breed her back early to have her fresh for the shows this year thus shortening her 1st lactation. She ended up having a difficult kidding this spring which kept her out of condition for the show season and then had a foot injury at one of the shows....what a year!! Paxton was still one of our highest HES scored does at 91.8 and was 3X 1st place 2 year old. We can't wait to see her when she matures a little more. She reminds me so much of her dam, Tangie, as a 2 year old and should mature into a real beauty. Paxie will be bred to Calypso for February kids
