The two team captains of Good News Week are Mikey Robins and Julie McCrossin.
Up until the age of 30, Mikey Robins had had odd jobs as kitchen hands etc and odd gigs at comedy clubs. He finally stumbled into a job writing gags for Triple J. It wasn't long before Mikey was hosting the Triple J breakfast show. He did this up until 1998. He likes to spend the first 3 minutes of a question playing around iwth jokes before he actually say the answer. He is very knowlegable.
Julie McCrossin is, among other things, an occasional journalist for the ABC. She does shows on the ABC's Radio National and commentates on ABC ANZAC day marches. Julie is also very knowlegable but does not tell as many jokes as many of the other people on the show.
