| I am a huge follower of hockey in general, but more of the women's hockey rather then the mens. I believe that the women have to play a more technical game and that makes it better, none of this fighting shit that isn't needed. Anyway, women's hockey rawks and it really needs support, not just Canada but other nations too! So this hockey section is dedicated to women's hockey! |
| The NWHL features some of Canada's best women in hockey. It consists of 8 teams from Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia and there will soon be more! Including the Oval Extreme-X team from Alberta. Also, these teams have many olympians on them like Jana Hefford, Vicky Sunohara. The NWHL are trying to keep this a Canadian thing but I believe that they should expand it to other nations. Let's all support women's hockey! |
| Team Canada wins GOLD! With a team lead by head coach Daniele Sauvageau and team captian Cassie Campbell what was there to expect. Teriffic efforts were put out by all of the women involved. CONGRATS TEAM CANADA. |
