<Part 1>

"Tony? Why are you waiting out here?" Rudolph sat on the manor house's front steps with his friend of six years. As children they had been through a wonderous adventure and Rudolph, the littlest vampire, and his family had been given back their humanity. Since then the two boys were inseperable. But lately Tony had been distant. Worried.

"He's coming today. Mom and Dad went to pick him up at the airport."

    "Who?"

Tony shrugged his shoulders and blinked back tears, "My brother."

"You never told me you had a brother? How old is he? Why didn't he come here with you?"

The seer shivered in the highland winds, "He was at boarding school. He didn't want to come visit until it was over."

"So he's about Gregory's age then?"

    "Yeah."

Gregory was the only member of the vampire clan who regretted his changing. He'd given up his vampire life for his family's good, but it was truly who he was. He had waited until his ninteenth year and found an old cemetary keeper he'd bitten as a child. Now he was a vampire again. He still lived with his parents and siblings, but he refused to abandon what he was. Rudolph was proud of his choice. Tony was too. They both knew that of all of the vampires, Greg was the one who was meant for it.

And now Tony's brother was coming to live with his brother and family, maybe he would hold the same magic for Gregory that Tony held for him.

The ex-vampire wrapped his friend and love in a tight embrace from behind. Settling him safely between his lean thighs and letting his head rest against his chest. "You are worried. Why? Why did you not tell us about this brother?"

"He isn't like a brother to me. I barely knew him. But Mom and Dad were always so proud. What if. . . what if now that he's back they forget about me like before."

"They would never forget you. Who could?"

    "Believe me Ru they could. When Simon's around. . . he's so. . ."

    "What?"

"He's bigger than life. Flamboyent! Everything he does is a show. I'm just me."

"*Just* you? You saved a clan of vampires, faced down a vampire hunter, helped me when I had threatened to drain you, and you're *just* you?"

Tony blushed, "It always sounds like a huge deal when you say it."

"That's because I love you. You *are* a . . . 'huge deal'. To me." He tightened the hug, "Your parents aren't the only thing you are worried about. What is it?"

Tony burried his face in Rudolph's shirt and turned in the circle of his arms to hug him back, "What if *You* like Simon too? What if he makes you forget me?"

"Never happen love. It will never happen." Soft lips touched his and Tony melted into their caress. Reasured by the pure love in the simple gesture. Rudolph pulled back with a grin, "Maybe my sister will like him more than you. Then she'll stop bothering us."

    Tony snickered, "With her poems!"

"Oh Tony!" Rudolph grinned and raised his voice to a falsetto, batting his eyes dramatically, "How do I love you, let me count the way! One for the rose in your cheeks. Two for the rosey dimples in your 'other' cheeks. . ."

"Ru! Cut it out!" Tony laughed and Ru grinned.

"Three for your kisses sweet, Four for your ticklish feet!"

"Ahahaha! Stop!" Tony squirmed away from the tickling fingers and glarred at his boyfriend, "I'll get you for that."

"Five for your warm true heart, six for other warm parts."

Tony tackled the other boy and silenced him with a kiss.

"I forgot what number I was on."

"Forget it. Let you sister keep her poems."

"As long as I can keep you."

    "Tony! Randolph!"

The boys groaned and rolled apart. "Hello Gregory."

"I don't mean to be the cold water over two sweet lover's heads, but Tony, your parents are coming and unless you've told them your little secret and they still don't mind your little. . . sleepovers, I should think you'd wish to be found in a less compromising possition."

    Rudolph rolled his eyes, "Daywalkers."

"Hey I'm just looking out for your wellfare brother dear."

The younger brother growled, "More likely you were oogling my boyfriend!"

    "Shit they're home!"

"Tony!" A tall, lilthe and pale boy vaulted from the van and ran to his brother, his black duster flapping up behind him. The boy was dressed in heat to toe black, with black eye liner and dark lashes framing brilliant green eyes, his hair was black but tipped in blood read and deep yellow, nothing about him claimed a kinship to the boy, two years his junior, whom he was smothering in his buckle and belt covered chest.

When Tony finally broke free he fell on his ass at Rudolph's feet and glared up at the other boy.

    "Oops?"

    "Hello Simon."

Rudolph helped Tony to his feet and smiled, offering his hand, "Rudolph Safrelbrei."

Simon's peirced eyebrow shot up and he looked from Ru to Tony and back again, "Um. . . nice to meet you, you've known Tony long?"

"Not so long, only six years." Ru grinned and backed to stand beside Tony again.

    "Only." Simon blinked.

As parents are like to do, they gave the one suggestion Tony wished to God no one would bring up. "Why don't you two get reacquanted?"

"Okay!" Simon grabbed Tony's arm and brushed past Rudolph, "Excuse us now we have to get reacquainted."

"Hey! Sie! Wait!" Tony yelped as he was dragged into the house.

Gregory and Rudolph exchanged a concerned look as Tony's parents climbed out of the car.

"Oh! Rudolph! I completely forgot! You're staying over tonight aren't you? Is Gregory going to be here too? I'm sure Simon will love getting to know someone here his own age!"

Greg yelped no just as Ru answered with a firm, "Yeah, that's what we thought. Come on Gregory. Lets go upstairs. Now."

Once out of ear shot of the adults Greg pulled away from his brother with a jerk. "Why am I staying here?"

Rudolph gave his brother the wide eyes, innocent look and frowned, "If Simon is around all night then Tony and I won't be able to . . . play."

"Oh No. No way am I gonna be your decoy and play mr nanny while you and the amazing Tony get your rocks off!"

"You still owe me for finding that grave digger for you remember? I'm collecting on our debt now."

"But what's the big deal?! You guys were boffing like bunnies just the oth. . .MRPH!"

Ru glarred at his brother and kept his hand tightly over the very loud mouth. "Shhh! Listen 'Greg', Tony thinks his brother being here will change everything. I need to show him it wont."

"I don't LIKE humans! Alright, I like Ton' and you guys, but that's different and you know it. Humans are my food! Would you and Tony sit up all night talking to a sheep?"

Ru thought for a moment and Gregory rolled his eyes, "Never mind. I forgot this is you and Tony we're talking about. I already heard the story about the army of vampire cows that came to your rescue. Man you two are weirder than 'I' am and 'I'm' not human!"

    "So will you do it?"

"The guy looks like Edward Scissor hands meets Marilyn Manson and has manners that rival the first lady. And you want me to keep his ears and eyes closed for the night."

    "Yes, that is the idea."

"You owe me for this, returning a favor or no."

    "Deal."

   "I'm already regretting this."

Simon sat his little brother on the bed up in Tony's room and starred at him intently, "How long?"

    "Huh?"

"Damn it Tony how long have you been sleeping with him?!"

    "You knew?!"

"Of course I knew! How long?!"

"You mean penetration or just hands and mouth?"

"I did not want to hear that. Tony this is dangerous! Do you guys do it right in this room?! With mom and dad just down the hall?! What are you thinking?!"

"That this is MY life Sie. Mine! And I can love whoever my heart loves."

Simon sat in a chair beside the bed and took Tony's hands, "Tone, I'm just worried about you! I mean, do you know how the world will treat you when this gets out? How mom and dad will react? This isn't just about you and your boyfriend. It's about his family and ours and their friends and neighbors."

    "His family knows."

    "And they're ok with it?"

"All except his sister, she's still in denile."

    "And ours don't."

    "It's a. . . unique situation."

    "I'm not going anywhere."

    "But I have a guest!"

"Oh no. I am sorry but there is no way I'm letting you out of my site until I get some answers here."

"Tony?" The door opened and Rudolph walked in on silent feet. The grace and baring of three hundred years in his stance. "Is this a private conversation?"

    "No." "Yes!"

The dark haired boy smiled lopsidedly and raised a brow.

Tony glarred at his brother in warning, "No, it isn't." He growled, daring the older boy to disagree.

Rudolph went immidiately to his lover, sat behind him and pulled him tightly into his arms. "So are you reaquainted enough for one night?"

Simon's eyes were like twin flints, "No. You will excuse us but six years is a long time and. . ."

"Not long enough." The once-vampire nuzzled his beloved's neck and smiled, "It seams like no time at all, doesn't it Tony."

Tony agreed wordlessly and lay his cheek to rest in Ru's hair.

"Don't mind them, the honeymoon never ended in their heads." Gregory walked up to the livid elder sibling and offered his hand. "Gregory Safrelbrei."

    "His brother."

    "Mmm.  Yes."

Simon glanced at the two lovers then back at the boy before him, "You know about. . ."

Gregory laughed out loud, "It would take one more dense than any Safrelbrei to miss it." He grinned, "Without my reminders they would fall all over eachother reguardless of the company."

"And you aren't upset at all?!"

"When you have seen what we have seen, love is cherished when found."

    "What have you seen?"

    "Everything."

Simon fought for a reply to that and Gregory took the opportunity to lead him from the room.

"Come. I'll show you around a bit."

    "Wha. . ."

    "You'll love Scottland. Trust me."

   "But Tony. . ."

"You won't be able to talk to his when he's like this, trust me."

    "But. . ."

    "Give me a thrill ok?"

"How much did your brother pay you?" Simon guessed.

"He collected on a debt so don't put me back at his less than tender mercies ok? Pretend you don't know what's going on."

"This is not at all what I expected to find when I returned."

"You think he'd stay a baby forever?"

    Simon shrugged, "One may hope."

Gregory rolled his eyes, "Never did no one no good."

    "Any."

    "Huh?"

"Never did any one any good."

    "That's what I said."

Simon rolled his eyes in a complete mimic of Greg's previous action.

"You know, there might be hope for you yet."

    "Oh really?"

    "Slim but visible."

    "Gods help me."

"Nah, no one can help you now."

Oh BTW, Simon is an origional chara. Sorry for not saying so, but I've found that most people refuse to give stories with origional charas a chance for fear of corny Mary Sues, so I've almost stoped the origional people all together and this time I decided to tell after you read part and saw how un corny he is. Please don't be angry with me.

<Part 2>

The next morning Simon walked into his brother's room and yelped. The two boys on the bed were so tangled that only the slight difference in skin color distinguished one from the other. "Tony!"

The redhead blinked sleepily and turned toward the door with a muffled grunt, "Shut the door. Mom'll see in." He rolled back against his lover and closed his eyes.

His brother closed the door and looked at the wall  on the other side of the room before talking again. "Tony get up please."

Once again he heard the rustle of bed sheets the signalled Tony turning to look at him. "When I said 'close the door' I meant with you on the other side."

"Tony you didn't even lock it! What if mom or dad had walked in?!"

"Then sleepovers would be harder to organize." He mumbled.

Simon stalked over to the bed and yanked the covers back, "Get u. . . eep!" He turned around, "You're naked!"

Tony quickly covered his lover again and glarred, "Could you not oogle my boyfreind?"

"I didn't know he was naked." He exclaimed, then paused, "Why are you both naked?"

The young ebon' haired boy, eyes still closed and relaxed, snorted, "Well, when two people love eachother very much. . ."

Tony laughed and turned Rudolph onto his back to steal a kiss. "How long have you been awake?"

"Since your brother squeaked as a little girl might, when he opened the door."

"I did not 'squeak'." Simon protested, "And it is rude to listen in to private conversations."

Rudolph opened his eyes and winced when the sun hit them, "It's rude to pull the blankets off of a sleeping couple as well."

"Neither of you were sleeping." He pointed out.

"You'd rather pulled the blankets off while we're awake? You may find yourself learning more about your brother than you wish to."

    "Ru!" Tony blushed.

    "You are disgusting." Simon accused.

"I am practical." Was the dark boy's reply. "Now if you would like to continue this convesation might you be so kind as to fetch us both some clothing. Tony is about to burst into flames if he blushes any harder."

    "Ru!"

"Yes you said that already." Rudolph smiled and kissed the blushing boy, ignornig his brother's indignation. "So where is Gregor. . ."

"Shit! Ru I just stepped out to feed and he. . ." The vampire slid into the room and stared at the two naked boys and the blusing gothic boy who was staring alternately between them and the floor. "Shit."

"Gregory, you recall the debt you own me correct?"

"Yeah. . ." He looked resigned. The older brother knew what was coming."

    "It is not fullfilled."

Simon threw some clothes at them and turned while they dressed. Gregory walked in front of the taller boy and snarled, "Thanks a lot. Now who knows what the little bastard will have me do to repay him."

"I heard that." Ru called from the bed where he was buttoning Tony's fly and coping a feel at the same time. "And you know very well I am just as legitimate as you."

"I was using the more modern meaning of the word. Not commenting on your bloodline."

Simon watched listened to the two brothers banter back and forth and frowned as they slipped into very cultured speach and thick accents. "Are you decent yet?"

"Never." Gregory smirked and watched Simon turn around.

"So how did you both meet my brother."

"He saved me." "Tried to kill him." The brother's answered at the same time and Tony groaned. So much for telling Simon they met at school.
