<Part 4>

Heero took Duo back to the alter of Aphrodite and kissed him once more. "You will be alright?"
Duo smiled, "I know this place like the back of my hand. I'll be fine."

 "I will miss you."

 "Not for too long though."

"A day is too long, an hour is too long."

Duo kissed his beast again, "Come with me."

Heero snorted, "Into your world Duo? Me? No. I will await your return to Olympus."

"I'll be back very soon beast. Heero. I promise."

One last kiss and Heero disappeared. Duo wiped away a lonely tear and started his trek toward his
father's castle.

Duo's family were very happy to have him back. Especially when they learned he had been allowed
to return and had not run away.

At dinner no one knew what to talk about. Duo as usual saved the day. "And then beast, oh his real
name is Heero by the way, he came every night to talk to me and play games and he isn't horrible
ugly at all, he's just covered in blackness. He feels human though. And he gives me anything I want or need and he's never done anything to hurt me. And now we've gotten even closer and I think I love
him but I had to tell you guys I was ok before I told him."

That snapped the others into speech. Wufei roared, "WHAT?!?!"

 ". . ."

"Duo he must have you under some kind of spell!" Quatre said sadly.

"He wants to make you his sex toy!"

Duo laughed so hard he almost fell out of his chair. The idea. . . it was too much!

His brothers and father looked down at him soberly.

 Duo grinned.

"You must never go back there!"

That cut Duo's grin short. "I have three days, then I am going back to my beast."

 "Why Duo?!"

"Because I promised him. And I miss him."

No one else objected but his brothers plotted silently.

The last day he would be there, Quatre and Trowa stole into Duo's part of the room and slid the ring off of his finger. When Duo woke up he was frantic. "Where is it?!"

 "Where is what?"

"My ring! Where is my ring?!"

 "What ring?"

Duo looked like he would cry. "I need that ring to get back to him!"

"Why go back? Stay with us."

The prince shook his head and ran from the castle up to Aphrodite's alter. He knew he didn't have
enough magic in him for a transportation spell, but he tried anyway. //I have to get back to Heero!//

Pain laced through his body as he drained all of his magic and more, but it was not enough. Duo fell
back onto the alter, cold and shivering from his loss of aura. "Heero." He gasped before darkness
took him.

Heero sat reclining in one of Aphrodite's plush chairs. He hadn't been sleeping well, had just existed, waiting for Duo to get back. When Duo didn't return, Heero got worst.

Relena growled, "I told you he would betray you! He's ningen! What did you expect?!"

 "Duo would never. . ."

 "Well Eros, he did!"

 "My name is Heero."

Relena sighed and knelt beside her friends chair. "Hee-chan, I know you miss him but you can't just
give up living because of some whore."

Heero's eyes blazed cold fury and he knocked the goddess to the floor. "Never call him that!
Never!"

"Heero if he loves you why didn't he come home?"

He had no answer for that. "I am going to our house." He announced, "When he returns it will be to
that house."

 "If he returns." Relena corrected.

"When." Heero shivered at the though of never seeing his Duo again. //Duo where are you? Are you
ok? Are you thinking of me where you are? Why wont you come home?!//

Duo writhed in pain on the alter of Aphrodite. His whole being was wracked with pain and he curled in on himself trying to preserve what little life energy he still possessed. "Heero!"

Heero sat straight up in their bed and gasped, "Duo!"

He ran out of the house and spread his wings, glidding down from Olympus and toward the palace of Duo's father. //Not here! He isn't here! Duo! Duo where are you?!//

Heero worried his lips and thought for a moment. //where would he be? Where would he look for
me? The temple? No, they wouldn't allow. . . the alter!//

When he saw his little prince, Heero feared it may be too late. The boy was so pale, his breathing so harsh and shallow. "Duo!"

 "H. . . heero?" A tear rolled down Duo's cheek, "I tried to get home to you Heero, I tried. I didn't
have enough."

"Where is the ring?" Heero asked noticing Duo's bare finger.

"They took it from me." Duo rasped, "Di'n't wan' me ta go back. . ." Duo started to droop.

 "Duo!"

 "Huh?"

"Duo stay with me, we're going home Duo stay with me."

 "Mhm."

 "Duo!"

"S'rry." He slurred, his eyes drooping.

Heero flew his lover back to their home and lay him on their bad, "It's ok Duo, I'll stay with you.
You'll be ok."

"Love you beast." Duo breathed taking Heero's hand.

"And I love you my beauty."

Duo smiled and slipped into sleep while Heero worked diligently to restore the boy's life energy.

Relena, who had feared for her friend, came to the house a few days later and found Heero passed
out from exhaustion beside his 'pet' prince. She was very angry with Duo for making Heero worry so much, and for his ningen life that promised to be so short, which would enevitably cut Heero's life
short as well.

"Heero?" She nudged him awake, "Heero, what are you doing?"

 "Helping Duo." He muttered.

"He's faking it, he didn't want to return."

 "You are lying."

 "He has magic."

 "Not enough."

"He countered your spell on his father." She argued.

"Not enough though. He couldn't stop it. He doesn't have enough."

"Heero he is playing with you. Why couldn't he have used the ring?"

 "It was stolen."

 "How convenient."

 "Relena he almost died!"

 "Sure he did."

 "Get out."

 "Nanda?!"

"You can not insult him in his home, please leave."

"I gave you this house you ungrateful little. . ."

"And I gave it to him."

The goddess was fairly fuming but she did as Heero asked her to. "I will not allow you to give up
your life for that ningen bitch. I swear,  I will not let you."

Heero gave a relieved sigh and turned back to his lover. Duo was starting to stir. "Duo?"

"He. . . Heero?" He sat up unsteadily. "Heero!" The other boy found himself engulfed in a crushing
embrace, "I thought I'd never see you again! Never get a chance to tell you!"

 "Tell me what?"

Duo rained kisses over the boy's face, not missing an inch of skin there, "ai shiteru Heero. I love
you! I had to tell my family I was ok so that there was no pain between us, but now I can say it, I
love you!"

Heero's breath caught in his throat and he held the boy close, not daring yet to trust his voice.

"Heero?" Duo asked when silence met his declaration.

"I. . . God's I've wanted to hear you say that Duo. I love you too." But Heero did not yet reveal
himself to Duo, as much as he hated to think ill of his lover, Relena's barbs had planted a seed of
doubt inside of him. He had to be sure that Duo really loved him before he told him who he was. If
there was the smallest doubt, their time together would always be uneasy.

After Duo became able again, Heero began teaching him magic, and how to power up his aura for spells, but the tiny crack in his trust remained and Duo felt it. He tried to make Heero happy but the harder he tried the sadder Heero seemed.

"Heero?" Duo asked his lover one night.

 "Nanda?"

"Heero what's wrong? I told you I loved you and now you seem so sad, Don't you love me? Do you want me to leave? I. . . I'll leave if I'm making you unhappy."

"You don't make me unhappy Duo, it's just. . . why do you love me?"

 "What do you mean?"

 "Why do you love me?"

"Because you're kind and strong, and sexy as hell, because you don't look at me and only see my
face, because you love me for me, because you're Heero."

He was silent a moment and Duo snuggled closer to him.

"Heero. You didn't believe me did you." Duo asked, "When I told you I loved you."

 "You left." Heero said simply.

 "I came back."

 "I know. . . it's just. . . Aphrodite said. . ."

"You believed her?! Are you so eager to think I'm bad?"

"I don't want to, but I have to be sure that you love me for me as I love you for you."

"I'll give you love." Duo growled and proceeded to fuck his beast silly. "I. . . Love. . . You. Only
you. Forever."

 "Duuuuuuuooooooooo!" Heero moaned.

 "Heeeeeeeeeeroooooooo!"

The next day while Heero was away Duo worried. He knew their night of love making had done
little or nothing to prove his love toward his beast. //How can I. . . damn me! I want Heero to know I love him!// Duo pondered this problem and by nightfall still had no answer.

When Heero fell asleep Duo traced the contours of his face under the shadow. "How do I show you I love you?" He thought out loud. Then it hit him! If he looked upon Heero's true form and showed that he wasn't repulsed by it, maybe then Heero would believe him! He searched his memory for the right spell and began his chant. The blackness started to fade and suddenly it started to burn! Duo gasped and tried to stop it, Heero yelled in pain and fell to the floor, his whole body visable.

 "E. . . eros!?!" Duo cried.

Heero looked up at Duo with pain filled accusation in his blue eyes, then disappeared.

"W. . . wait! Heero! Eros!  Don't leave me!" Duo cried, but his beast was gone.

<Part 5>

Duo couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, all he did was wait for his beast to return. //No// He corrected himself. //not my beast, not a beast at all. Heero is Eros. Gods. How do I feel about him now? To know that he lied to me . . . but he understood about beauty. Maybe he really does hate his appearance.// The braided boy was so miserable! So confused. "Heero! Please come home!"

"Why would he come back?" Aphrodite hissed.

Duo spun on his heels and found himself face to face with the Goddess.

"You hurt him!" She screamed, "He was almost dead when he came back. What did you do to
him?!"

"I just wanted him to know I could love him no matter how ugly he was!"

She started to laugh. "Ugly! Hah! That's a laugh!"

"I just tried to banish the darkness!"

"But you had his blood! It placed the spell deeper inside of him!"

Duo's eyes went wide and he searched his pockets until he came up with the loth covered in Heero's
blood. "I forgot I had it!" His eyes misted over. "Will he be ok?"

The goddess glared, "No thanks to you!"

Duo shoved the cloth into her hands, "Please, give this back to him! Tell him I am sorry. I love him! I
would never hurt him intentionally, I only wanted him to know how much I love him."

For a moment Aphrodite was taken aback. "This is a valuable tool in controlling a demi God." She
pointed out.

"I don't want to control him!" Duo insisted, "I only want to love him. Please, give it back to him and
tell him I'm sorry."

Relena looked from the cloth to the hopeful boy before her then nodded, "Fine."

 "Arigato! Oh Arigato!"

 "I will return soon."

"Please, I need to know that he's ok." Duo's eyes were filled with tears.

 The Goddess nodded and disappeared.

 Duo cried.

When Aphrodite gave Heero the cloth and told him what Duo had said, the Demi God had been
ecstatic! "I knew he loved me! I knew it! He turned shining eyes to Relena, "He didn't mean to hurt
me! He does love me!"

"Hn, he just doesn't know how to use it so he put it to different use."

"Relena why can't you trust him?"

 "He hurt you!"

 "Not intentionally."

She glared at her bedridden friend and growled, "Fine! I'll give him a task and if he loves you he will
complete it in order to see you."

Heero laid back on the pillows, still hurting, but heart lighter. "He'll do it. He loves me."

Relena was far from happy. If Heero found out how much Duo loved him, he would die when Duo
did, it was so unfair! She gathered a bag full of various seeds, some the size of a mustard seed some
bigger. And returned to Heero's home where Duo waited.

When he saw her, Duo came running outside, "Is he ok? Can I see him? What did he say? Did you
tell him, did you give him the cloth back?"

She frowned and sighed, "He is fine. You can see him if you complete a task I'll set for you."

 "Anything!"

Relena showed him the bag of seeds. "This contains exactly one thousand seeds of each of thirty
kinds."

 "Ok." Duo nodded.

Relena let the bag open and the wind spread the seeds over the lawn. Find them all."

 "WHAT!?!"

"Find them all." She smiled and disappeared.

Duo ran into the kitchen and found thirty jars, one for each type, then took of his shoes so he
wouldn't crush any of the seeds and began to search, he had to find them before they sprouted! A
few hours later he found a mustard seed. "Oh Gods! I'll never find them all!" He looked down to see
an ant carrying one of the seeds off. "Oh no you don't! He picked the little creature up then stopped.

"That's it!" He used his magic to reach out to the ants in the yard, it didn't take much. Soon they were bringing the seeds to him from smallest to largest. "Don't worry Heero I'm coming!" He worked for
hours, then days counting and gathering the seeds. A tear found its way from his eye when he saw
that the ants were dropping dead from exhaustion. They hadn't even gotten to keep any of the food
they gathered! When he had a thousand of each seed he placed covers over the jars and packed
them carefully in his pouch then when to the kitchen and crumble two loves of bread then threw it into the yard for the ants. The servants smiled at his soft heart.

He set of for Olympus with a change of cloths, a comb, and the seeds. "Heero."

When he reached the cities outskirts, Duo changed into his clean clothes, brushed and re- braided
his hair and went up to Aphrodite's home. The Goddess was angered and impressed. "You did it."
She muttered.

Duo nodded. "I want to see Heero."

 "Wait here."

Relena caught Heero trying to get out of his bed and pushed him back down. "You stay in bed!"

 "But Duo is here!"

"It was to easy. Let me set one more task." She insisted.

 Heero's eyes narrowed, "Nani?"

"He must get the fire fleece from Zeus' herd."

Heero blanched, "It's too dangerous!" He insisted.

"You can go with him, in disguise, as that prince you first met him as. Then you can see if he is
faithful to only you."

Heero hated tricking Duo but the idea had merit. "I. . ."

 "Well?" Relena prodded.

 "I'll do it."

She smiled and went out to see Duo. "You have to complete one more task."

Duo almost sobbed in his disappointment. "Just let me see Heero for a moment." He begged, "Just
to see that he's ok."

 "His name is Eros!"

 "Please." Duo asked.

 "No."

The braided boy bowed his head, "Alright." He sighed, "What do you want me to do?"

"On the other side of Olympus there are sheep with wool so bright it seams to be on fire. Gather a
bag full and bring it back here, then you will be able to see Eros." Relena shut the door just as both
boys replied. "His [My] name is Heero!"

Duo trudged down the path toward the pasture where the sheep would be. His spirit was high. /One
last task and then I'll get to see Heero and to apollogise. . .// That brought his mood down.  "I hope
he's ok."

A rustling in the bushes behind him made Duo jump and he pulled out his knife and faced it. "Who
are you?!"

The man who stood was oddly familiar. "Do put that away."

Duo thought a moment, "Prince Daniel!"

"I'm flattered that you recalled my name."

"What are you doing here? Why are you following me?"

 "I. . . anou. . ."

"You were sent by Aphrodite weren't you! To make me fail! Well I wont let you stop me." He
started on his way once more. "I -will- see Heero again, no one can make me just leave him."

Daniel ran to catch up and walked beside him. "I am just coming along to see that you remain
unharmed."

"Suuuuuuuure you are." Duo said sarcastically.

 "Heero sent me."

At that Duo perked up, "Heero?"

Daniel/Heero nodded. "He was worried about you."

Duo's smile could have brought the sun shine out at midnight. "He was?"

The prince nodded, "He still loves you." //I do Duo, with all of my heart.// It was all Heero could do
to keep his hands to himself. He wanted to take Duo's hand like he did when they took walks
together, wanted to kiss the worry from his brow and tell him it was okay.

Duo took an unsteady breath and nodded. "I hope so."

<Part 6>

That night the two boys camped out together. Duo fixed the fire while Daniel caught their dinner. When Daniel sat back down he stole a look at his companion, but Duo was miles away. The demi God could only hope that his thoughts lie on a certain cupid cloaked in darkness.

 "Duo?"

 "Hm?"

"When did you decide you loved him?"

The boy smiled into the flames and answered without even thinking about it, "When I found out he
understood. When he would loose sleep just to be with me. When he saw past my face into my soul.
I know It sounds crazy but I think I migh have loved him even before I met him."

Daniel turned to the fire and took a deep breath.

That caused Duo to look up, "Oh Daniel! I'm sorry! I forgot you wanted. . . I'm sorry."

"I understand too." Daniel said softly.

Duo nodded, "and I'm grateful for your friendship, but you aren't my beast." The boy felt horrible
when he noticed Daniel's shoulders shaking and when the man diverted his gaze. "I didn't mean to
hurt you."

Daniels voice was raspy when he answered. "S' fine."

Heero diverted his gaze to hide his smile. His shoulders shook with repressed laughter. Duo loved
him! He had given Duo every chance to take 'Daniel' up on his offer and Duo hadn't done it! He had
to love him!

"I didn't mean to hurt you."

He found speaking without giving away his joy very challenging, his voice came out harsh, "S' fine."
//It is more than fine! Arigato Duo! Arigato!//

They sat in silence for a whie and finally Duo spoke up, "I. . . I want to keep walking. I'm not tired."

 "It's dark."

 "I know."

 "It's dangerous."

"I want to go on." Duo stood and re-packed his satchel, "I want to get back to Heero as soon as
possible."

"Duo I know how you feel but it's too dangerous!"

"I don't care how dangerous it is, I'm going on. You don't have to follow."

 Heero sighed, "Yes I do."

"Go back to Aphrodite and tell her you lost me. Tell her I found you out and chased you away."

"I doubt she'd believe that." Heero silently wondered how Duo could ever scare him.

Duo shrugged, lit a torch and started on his way again. Heero followed him, unwilling to leave him
alone in the dark.

It was dawn two days later by the time Duo collapsed from exhaustion. His unusual silence had alert
Heero to his waning strength. The boy just managed to catch his friend before he hurt himself. "Duo
no baka." He said softly, "Why couldn't you just rest?"

"Heero." Duo moaned in his sleep, "Heero, I love you. Wait for me, I'm coming. Beast. My beast."

That almost tore Heero's resolve apart, but he didn't let himself be swayed, He stayed in his disguise
and looked across the river they stopped by. They had arrived. He could see the flaming sheep
across the way. Soon now. Soon this would all be over and behind them.

Duo woke up to a face hovering just out of his vision. "H. . . Heero?"

 "No, Daniel."

"Oh! I fell asleep! How long have I been asleep?!"

"Not long." He promised. "We're here."

The demi-god watched Duo's eyes widen in joy as he saw the sheep across the river. "We're here!"

Duo gasped as he noticed the burning spots across the river. The sheep! "We're here!" He felt like
laughing! Dancing! They were there and soon he would be with Heero again.

Daniel had set up camp while he slept. "I am going to go hunt for our supper ok?"

 "Hai."

"Duo, promise me that you wont try to get the wool while I'm gone."

 "Uhuh."

 "Duo!"

 "Wh~at?!"

 "It's dangerous. Promise me!"

 "Ok!"

The prince smiled. "Thank you." Then left.

Duo saw a little lamb all alone near the bramble bushes by the water/ He waded across and smiled
at the little thing. "Hi there."

The lamb turned to look at him and growled like a wild cat. It's teeth were razor blade sharp and it's
eyes bright red.It charged and he started to run. Soon the big sheep heard the little one and moved in to attack too! Duo slipped and fell into the river and watched in fear as the sheep charged through
the brambles. The lamb touched the water with it's hooves then backed off, still glaring at him but not
trying to get him anymore. Duo looked down at the river, "They're scared of water!" He grinned and
splashed them, A hissing sound came from their wool. "Wow! It reall is on fire!: Duo splashed until all of the sheep had backed off then started to stand only to be snatched out of the river by Daniel, "I. . . ah. . ."

"You promised you wouldn't try to get the wool! Those things could kill you!" he yelled.

"I wasn't trying to get the damn wool! I wanted to pet the little one that's all!"

He looked angry, "You wanted to 'pet' one?! Are you insane?!"

Duo looked like he would scream or cry any moment, "Not al off us are buddies with the Gods ok. I
didn' tknow the baby lamb was dangous. I just want to get the stupid wool give it to the bitch and
make her let me see Heero! I just can't seem to do anything right." Duo curled up in his bedroll.

Daniel offered him some food, " I caught dinner."

"I'm not all that hungry Daniel. You eat it."

 "But. . . "

"Just go away ok?! You confuse me! I don't want to. . . I can't. . . just leave me alone."

Duo sobbed silently. //I love my beast. My Heero. I shouldn't be feeling anything toward Daniel.
He's my friend. That's all. But why does he have to remind me so much of my beast!//

Heero felt horrible, he hadn't meant to yell like that. But Duo could have been killed! For what?! For some stupid test?! "but. . ."

"just go away ok?! You confuse me! I don't want. . . I can't. . . just leave me alone."

This stopped Heero cold. //Does he feel for Daniel?//  He bent over the boy and kised him softly.
Duo responded in kind then harder and more needfilled the kis grew to a frenzied pace and then
suddenly Duo pulled away. "NO!"

 "Wha. . .?"

"I love my Heero. You just remind me of him, I can't take advantage of you like that, and I can't hurt
my beast. I love Heero. I'm sorry."

"Don't be sorry." Daniel smiled, "You can't help who you love."

Duo nodded and averted his eyes, "maybe I could have loved you, if I hadn't known my Heero but.
. .

Daniel's hand fell to his shoulder and Duo looked up at him with watery eyes. "Maybe I should go."

 Duo nodded.

The prince stood and without another word, he walked away.

Duo looked at the brambles across the river. The sheep's flaming wool had been caught in them
when they were trying to get him! He walked over and filled the bag Aphrodite had given him, then
tied it carefully to his belt and started back to the kingdom of the Gods. Back to Heero.

<Part 7>

On his way back to Olympus' city of the Gods, Duo found that he couldn't remember the path he was taking. Everything was different. //Damn it I never get lost! Why now?! Heero, I'm coming.// Duo though frantically. Then he heard a voice behind him.

"That is the kind of talk that will kill him you know."

Duo spun around to face Aphrodite, the image of all he loathed in the world. "You."

"I see you have the wool."

"Yes, despite your lap dog Daniel. Why? Why are you trying to keep Heero and I apart? He is
happy with me!"

"Of course he is. Do you know how -long- a God will live?"

"He will stay by my side as I grow old. He told me that. We love eachother."

    "And he is happy?"

    "Yes!"

Relena glared at Duo, "Only because he planes on killing himself the moment you've taken your
last breath!"

    "What?!" Duo was shocked."

"Why are you so surprised? You knew that he said he love you. Why would he live a moment
longer than h had to without you? Stupid ningen brat. Who do you think you are controlling the death
of  God."

"He. . . Heero would die."

    "His name is Eros!"

    "B. . . but. . ."

"Leave him Duo. Don't take his life away for such an inconsequencial thing as human affection. To
a God, your love is fleeting. Not orth his life."

Duo bowed his head in pain and shame. She was right, he knew she was. He couldn't be the
cause of Heero's death. Not his Heero, he loved him too much. "I'll leave." He breathed saddly and
handed her the wool. "Give this to Heero for me, I. . . I'm not going back to Olympus."

Relena smiled as she took the sack from the human prince. "You have done the right thing Duo."

"Yeah, sure." His voice lacked the life it usually held, his step was slow and dragging as he walked
away. His reason to be had become His Heero. Without him a hole ate at his heart. There was
nothing left.

At the base of Olympus he fell to the ground, unwilling to go so far from his love's side. //Heero.
//

Atop mount Olympus Heero stared at Relena and the sack of wool she handd him. "W. . . where
is Duo?"

She smiled apologetically, "He said to tell you goodbye. He doesn't want to love a God. To much
hardship for one ningen to carry. I am sorry Heero but I did warn you."

    ". . . No. Duo wouldn't do that. That isn't Duo."

    "Heero. . . "

"What did you say to him?!"

"I simply took the sack he gave me and watched him go."

    "No way Relena-sama, tell me!"

Oh how that added -sama hurt. It took all of their eons of friendship nd put a price to them. A
lable. Employeer and worker. She breathed  a steadying breath and looked at Heero sturnly. "Fine.
Heero You ae under my command. I command you to find a suiable mate for Duo. Of the opposite
sex and human. Is that clear enough for you?"

"As crystal Relena-sama." Heero glarred at her and took up his bow then his quiver.  Almost as an afterthought he threw them at her and growled, "I Quit."

She stared at his retreating form, "You can't Quit! You idiot! You can't quit God hood! come
back here! Eros! Heero! Get your feathered rear back here!"

The God ignored her and flew down the mountain of Olympus to find Duo. His Duo. His prince.
When he found him, the boy was lying unconscious on the ground. The bloody prints around him indicated that a bear had been there. Heero knelt by the child and held him close. "No, no, Duo." His voice was broken as he saw the gash in the boy's back. "Duo I love you. You can't leave me, I love you."

Violet eyes opened ever so slightly, and Duo gazed up at him in apology, "Heero."

"Duo! Gods Duo don't die on me now. I left Relena, I was coming to fine you I. . ."

"Who are you." He asked weakly.

    "What?"

    "Who. Are. You."

    "Duo you, you know me."

"Eros or Heero, God or My Beast."

"All of them Duo, but all yours. Forever, I swear to you."

    "'m dying Hee-chan."

"No. No you are't I'll get help and we. . ."

Duo shook his head, "Listen. Please listen. I love you Heero. Don't die for me, 'rodite said you'd
kill yourself whn I d. . ."

    "Duo!"

"Shh." His breath was harsh and heavy, each word forced. "Live for me, 'k?"

    "Duo."

The Prince Duo's last words left his mouth on his last breath, "' love you my beast."

"NO!" Heero cried so loudly it shook Olympus to its very core. Persephony, the wife of hades,
came up from the bowels of the earth and looked down upon the two boys. One now lifeless and
one crying like she never knew Eros could cry.

    "Eros."

"My name is Heero." He ground out.

    "Heero. . ."

    "Why are you here Sally?"

She frowned, sad for her friend. "Hades is dead."

"What does that mean to me?"

"Well since your boy toy there just took over for him I thought you might have wanted to know
before I headed back to live with my mother."

Heero couldn't dare to hope! "Duo is. . . Duo is a God?"

She shrugged, "Don't ask me how ok? I'm just the messenger. How could you stand living with
him?! He's so loud!"

Heero almost laughed, "Duo is a God."

"He's waiting for you cupid, go prick him with your. . . arrow."

"ouch, was that a comment on you size Hee-chan?"

The demi God looked up to see Duo rise from the cavern of hades, cloaked in deaths robes.
"DUO!"

He smiled and ran to his beast, huging him and accpting his hug in return. "Heero! Oh Heero I
missed you!"

"Duo promise me you'll never leave again. I love you."

"I do, If you promise never to doubt me again."

    "I do."

Sally grinned, "I now pronounce you cupid and reaper." She grinned, "You can kiss the Seme."

Duo laughed and caught Heero's lips to his. "Mmm, ya know, I could get used to being able to see you when we do this."

    "Aa." Heero agreed.

Up on Olympus Relena threw a temper fit and went on a shooting spree with cupid's bow, which
is way even today people have unwanted suiters following them around.

    And below Olympus. . .

    "Oi Heeeeee-chaaaaan?"

    "Hn?"

"I'm not wearing anything under these robes you know."

    "Duo. . ."

"Wha. . . Ahhhhh! Mmmm! Yeah! there! right there ahhahahhh!"

    "Duo. . .Mmmm.!!!"

    "Heero. . .Ahhhh!!!"

    "Ai shiteru!"
