| Oh, so it's finally Marching Band season. Oh.....Yay. Let me tell you, I LIVE for Marching Band. Everything about it is fantastic. ::Hums School's Out:: Okay, aren't you excited? Admit that you are. Everyone that is in Marching Band either openly loves it, or is a closet case. And you know who you are. I know who you are. I know that some people pretend that they don't like Band. I'd just like to say that they are lying to themselves and everyone else. Everyone loves Band. If they didnt, they wouldn't be in it year after year. They would stop after the Fine Arts credit. But then I think, "Why didn't they just take Art?" Because they love band folks, you know it and I know it. And NOW, finally, just a mere 2 weeks before band camp, I am 80% sure of what we are playing. So...Mr. Willis has said something about Beethoven's 5th, then Rhapsody In Blue, and last Night On Bald Mountain. If we do this show, this will be the absolute best show in the world. All of the songs are so intense, and so MARCHING BAND!!!!!!!!! So get ready to learn people. Get ready to march. And most importantly, Get ready to make Music. After all, that's why we're here.... |
