This is a bit like grand theft auto 2 but with a slight difference, there's a CREATE A CHARACTER MODE.LEVEL EDITOR is there too.This is a shooting game where YOU ARE THE BAD GUYS.If you like you can be a leader of an evil team.The game's graphics are real because it is 3-D graphics.Run around New York City stealing cars and killing rival gangsters.You can also drive away from the cops.It is a 2 player game so you can play with one of your mates.CREATE A WEAPON and CREATE A CAR is there too.There are 20 levels.Level 1 is New York City,Level 2 is The Mississippi River and so on.You are a badguy and you get to cause all sorts of destruction.It is a first person shoot 'em up.
