| Ether: To those who can sense such things, the young prince has a relatively low level of Ether incorporated into his being that can be detected any given time, provided one can do so. It is a part of his bloodline, and all Fatimas possess at least a minimal amount of the energy. A rather unstable force, Bart has limited command over it, and can employ Ether in his dual whip attacks, almost as if it were an extension of him. Unlike his older brother, who seems prone more to the element of Fire, he can change to several elemental modes of attack: water, fire, air and earth, each of which manifest in different manners when channeled into his whips (and his whips will glow a certain color when a particular element is being channeled, upping the amount of Ether one may sense in him at that time. Red for fire, white for air, blue for water and yellow/brown for earth). Any other potential powers have not yet been awakened in the boy, and he hasn't really developed those he has with any sort of formality. However, having this trait, he does possess the ability to sense other energies, such as chi and ether, and will be aware when high levels of such energies are being tossed about. Note: Outside channeling ether into his whips, Bart has no control over this paticular energy and if caught without a weapon to channel into, this wild talent of his can be the subject of catastrophy or comedy, depending on the result of him attempting to use it. |
| Limit Break: (Since Deathblows aren't used on Endless Dream, his have been converted to a Limit Break.) Born of the Fatima bloodline, Bart has gained some of the elemental powers inherent in the blood. Much of this has manifested during his tutelage under the guides of the shamans and spiritual advisors who have flocked to the resistance's banner under the repression of the current rulers. They have long known of the Fatima's strange abilities, and though they steered the young prince in the right direction, he still influenced the manifestation of his abilities in a manner all his own. Desert Justice is all his, born of his frustrations while living in an underground resistance base, unable to reclaim what was his by birthright. Still, these abilities only seem available to him while under extreme duress. When injured to the point where he nearly collapses or angered to the point of no return, one may see any of the following: Angel- Feathery wings unfold from the young prince's back and lift him high into the air, an aura of holiness surrounding him as he targets his enemy(ies) with a blast of gale force winds. Freaky to witness, how many people do you know have angel wings? (Don't answer that, you Jenova nuts. ;) Land Break- Frustration and ire build up inside Bart to the point that he strikes the Earth with all his might, ether aiding him in breaking the ground beneath the feet of his enemy(ies), causing them to then be crushed under the weight of a large boulder dropped down from the skies, doing crushing damage before shattering and returning to the planet. (Unless they do some quick fast scrambling to get out of the way, of course.) Prominence- Though Sigurd's much more potent with this element, Bart can launch a pillar of fire down on his enemy(ies) and engulf them in it for several agonizing moments before it finally fades away. The pillar comes down from the sky in the shape of a twister and burns until either somehow extinguished or allowed to die out. Tsunami- (This was originally called 'Tornado', but it's a water attack and someone probably just goofed up the translation, I can't keep calling it Tornado either, it bugs me.) Bart can trap his enemy(ies) in a pair of giant water bubbles, suffocating them unless they can somehow break through the bubble to get air or wait it out till it pops on its own. |
