Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
| Yes, he�s back. He may be ten years older but there isn�t a trace of it either on his face or body or on his acting. Arnie is excellent as usual, even hilarious in a couple of scenes specially when he tries on his first set of shades. Kristanna Loken is an excellent more updated model of the terminators sent back from the future to kill John Connor and all his lieutenants. Claire Danes and Nick Stahl are good in their picturization of two lost souls joined together in surviving judgment day and of course the machines are there � as scary as in the first two movies. |
| So what goes wrong? A little two similar to the second I guess in many ways like the arrival of the terminators � in T2, Arnie entered a snooker club, here he goes into a male strip club and the truck chase. The action is great though I�m sure it�ll be a long time before we see Arnie�s butt being kicked by a woman again albeit a machine. |
| I�m pretty sure that we�re in for a T4. Not only because John Connor�s death is still to be resolved � Arnold mentions that he�s the one selected to terminate him, but also because of the second last words uttered by our favorite Terminator � We�ll meet again. The last of course were aptly directed at the monster like remnants of Kristanna Loken � You�ve been terminated. |
