is a beautiful and versatile language. <SPAN

10pt">I aim at teaching the child to read, write and speak<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Kannada, and enjoy doing so. Here,
children are motivated to learn Kannada at their own pace with <o:p></o:p></SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">all the help
and materials available in the environment. It is taught in a novel, easy and
interesting way through play. Educational aids are used to enhance the <o:p></o:p></SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">basic<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>skills in children and also make learning
fun. I believe in creating an interest and awakening<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>dormant

teach conversational Kannada to non-kannadigas and help them in their effort to

here. Children enjoy learning and learn a lot without realising that they are

prepared to manage in school and outside, on his own after this<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>2-year programme. As children here are of
different age groups, and are at different learning levels, each child gets the
advantage of hearing and learning the other's learning. The child is not taught
further unless he / she knows and understands what has already been taught.

from the basics and I strongly believe that if the child is perfect in
fundamentals, the rest flows easily. We start from the alphabets - Aksharas. It
is not taught in the traditional way - starting from a - gnya <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>- (1st and last alphabet). At no<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>time in our lives do we need to use them
in that order of which first few letters are the most difficult ones with lot
of curves for a small child or a beginner. So we start from the easiest and
gradually go on to the more difficult ones. <SPAN

Coming
to the speaking part, it is mostly interaction during the class with the
teacher and other children. Every day each child is asked to frame 3 Kannada
sentences about how his / her day was spent. And in this process each child
gets to know 3 more sentences of every other child. This is the best way to
impart training in conversational Kannada. <o:p></o:p></SPAN>

class children are asked to draw something of their choice and colour it. Later
