Interlude:
This "siren sound" part is played by picking the B-string and then
tuning the string (using the tuning pegs) down 1/2 a step and then
back up. I suggest using a tremolo bar cause it works just as good
if not better. By the way, 1/2 a stp is 1 fret (Tune down 1 fret).
