Rage On New Hampshire

What This Is

Ok...Here's the 411 on Rage on New Hampshire.� Sure, it's not an original idea of mine, it all started with the Rage guys in Boston, but I did think it was a good one.� I also did not see anything quite like Rage in NH yet, so....here it is.�

Like the group in Boston, I want to keep this as relaxed and loose as possible.� My vision for this is simple:� provide a forum for cool people who enjoy riding in New Hampshire to coordinate rides using the web. Riders of all skill levels are welcome (after all, I myself just barely pass muster when it comes to riding technical stuff, but I'm working on it!).

As far as what prompted me starting this, it's simple.� Boredom.� I was stuck at work on a Saturday, wishing I was riding and surfing the 'net.� I came across the Rage � site, then saw Rage Portland and Rage Sur Quebec and figured "Why the hell not?� I got time to kill."� So...here it is.� I know it's not perfect at the moment, but hopefully, over time, I'll be able to build the site, and the mailing list into a great resource for everyone in New Hampshire.

What This is Not

Ouch!!! Right into the negative.� That's Ok...I'll go easy on everyone.� This is not a site sponsored by any corporate entity, political group, or any other organization be they terrestrial or not.�

I do not want to get into politics, trail maintenance, advertising, etc.� Don't get me wrong, I am all for trail maintenance and conservation, but I just want to set this up as a vehicle for people to set up rides or other riding related activities--that's it.

The Bottom Line

This club will be what we all make it. There are no dues, no club officers, no meetings (formally, anyway). Just riding. Of course, this also means that there will be no one to hold your hand and introduce you to the group. If you do not show up to events, then the only person you have to blame is yourself.

So...let's see what we can make this club into!

Duh...I Still Don't Get It

I don't know how to explain it then. Perhaps you should try something safe, like basket weaving, so you don't crack you skull on any more rocks;)
