Chapter 5: Making Plans
The next day, Chantale climbed out of her bed and walk over to her dresser. Last night had been great. She had fallen asleep on the couch and Dustin had taken her up to her room again to sleep. She felt wonderful sighing knowing all her hurts were healed by her cousin. 'Oi don't feel this great normally. Shi must be getting better.' Thinking to herself.
Grabbing a quick wash up for her shower. She pulled on her outfit for the day. Brushed and styled her hair up. She made her way downstairs to the kitchen to find Tori and Shi sitting there enjoying some breakfast talking. "Morning guys." She called knowing that the two had already been surfing. For they were sitting in their still damp suits.
Tori nodded and Shi gave a small wave. And winked at her cousin for Shi was in a good mood that morning.
Grabbing a bottle of water out of the fridge, Chantale turned around and said "Well I'm off... Gonna go for a drive and stop off at Storm Chargers c'ya later!" and with that walked out the front door to her car.
At Storm Chargers; Blake, Hunter and Dustin had just opened the store. Kelly was gone for the day at a conference. Hunter lifted a box and heaved it onto a nearby cart just as Chantale walked in. She was wearing a pair of white shorts with pink trim, a baby pink tube top and a pair of white heal-less running shoes and carrying her signature bag with her, and also wearing her pink and black sunglasses. "Morning guys!" She called. Dustin stoped in his tracks as he lifted some board wax onto a display.
Hunter grunted, "Am I really needed today?" He and Blake had already restocked the entire back room. Took care of the fright and made sure everything was up to par.
"You did have the short shift Dude." Dustin pointed out. "Your suppose to be out of here anyways."
Hunter nodded, then he left Storm Chargers just as Tori walked in.
Meanwhile at the beach house Shi was shadow sparing on the beach. Going though all the moves her Sensei taught her and them some more she had picked up from observing others.
She felt someone watching her. Turning she saw Hunter staring at her. "Well you going to stare or are we going to spar?" Looking at him. "You did not tell them you were coming did you?"
"No, for I did not want them stopping our sparing session." Hunter admitted. "We will find out who is stronger today. With no one interfering."
Shi nodded and the two faced off against each other.
"Then lets go!" she said and the sparing began.
Meanwhile at Storm Chargers, Tori and Blake were quietly talking in the back stock room, although you probably couldn't call making out talking.
Chantale was sitting on the counter talking to Dustin. "So Dustin. I hear your pretty good at Motocross. Is it true?" She asked. Watching him thought her eyelashes. Thinking to herself. 'He is so cute.'
Dustin smiled and nodded. "Ya I'm like totally into it. you?" He gazed at the girl in pink on the counter. She was stunningly beautiful to him. Plus even though she looked perfect he knew she was less then perfect which was fine by him.
Chantale shook her head. "Naw, never been too good at sports, more a relaxed type. Nothing strenuous. I like dancing though. I have trained in ballet, jazz and a few others."
Dustin nodded his head and smiled." Um... What are you doing tonight?" He asked quietly.
Chantale smiled. "I don't think I'm doing anything. Why?"
Dustin blushed as he busied himself with a magazine. "Uh, I was wondering if....."
"Yo! Dustin! What's up man?" Came a voice from the doorway of Storm Chargers.
Dustin's head snapped up. "Shane man! Nothing just talking to Chan. You?"
Shane shrugged. "I was just gonna so to the track. Wanna come?"
Dustin nodded, "Might as well," He smirked knowing he was leaving the store in Blake's more then capable hands. It was Sunday and Storm Chargers never got much business on Sunday's. "Ya sure just lemme get my stuff and we'll go!" Dustin said, before taking off into the back room. When he came back he stopped in frount of Chantale. ""Would you like to go out to the movies with me?"
She smiled much to Dustin's delight and the shock of the other three. "Sure Why not." Pausing and laughing softly. "Pick me up at 7?"
"Yeah sure." Dustin smiled. Looking over at Shane. "Come on Dude you said you needed to practice your riding."
Meanwhile back at the beach house Shi and Hunter spared. Shi took a jab at Hunter's midsection that he jumped away from. "Ya know it's gonna take allot more than that to bring me down" He called to her.
Shi growled. She hated being told what to do or how to do it.
Hunter kicked her feet from under her, but Shi caught herself on her hands and flipped herself back into crouching position.
She delivered a sharp blow to Hunter's abs, causing him to stumble. Shi picked herself up and got back into fighting stance, waiting for Hunter's next move. "Hey Shi! Look over there!" he called. He ran forward and at the last second Shi snapped her head around only to be knocked off her feet and onto the ground with Hunter's warm body laying on top of her's.
Shi grunted as her head hit the ground. Her face lay inches from Hunter's, and they were both breathing heavily. "Well.....that was interesting." Shi started.
Hunter didn't say anything he just stared into her eyes, captivated by their beauty.
"Hunter?" Shi asked.
Hunter heard her but chose to ignore her calls. Instead, he slowly inched his face and lips closer to Shi's....When he was nose to nose with her he whispered "You are the most beautiful thing, I've ever seen." And captured her soft lips into a fierce but passionate kiss.
Chantale's mind was still spinning from what she had just been asked. Dustin had asked her to the movies. "Wow!" she whispered. She was smiling so hard that her lips were hurting. When she brought herself back down from cloud 9, Blake and Tori were walking out of the back stockroom.
Tori looked over at Chantale and new that something was up. "Chantale? What's up?"
"Dustin just asked me to the movies." Chantale said excitedly. Smiling she was once again on cloud nine.
"He asked you out?" tori said. "Thats great. I am proud." Tori laughed softly.
Chantale smiled at her friend.
Blake blinked. "He actually did it. I am amazed myself." Looking at Chantale. "Congrats I hope it all goes well."
Dustin was showing Shane and Cam who joined them at the track the tricks of riding a 200. They were both enjoying the learning experience and Dustin teaching them. For Dustin was very patient with them.
Shane was new and so was Cam and they were enjoying the newness of the sport of motocross.
Dustin flew over a hill and landed the 200 skillfully on the other side. Skidding to a halt he took his helmet off and looked at Shane and Cam. Cam looked freaked outta his mind and Shane was smiling huge. "DUDE! THAT WAS AMAZING!" he practically shouted.
Dustin held his head away from the yelling Shane. "Uh thanks dude. I think..." He said.
Suddenly a gleaming white sports convertible pulled up alongside the track. Tori and Blake jumped out and waved to the driver who sped away back towards the highway. Tori and Blake made their way down to where the three guys were standing holding hands.
"Uh who was that?" Cam asked.
Tori smiled. "It was Chantale." She was headed home so she decided to drop us off here. Who's up for racing?" Tori asked. She, Blake and Dustin grabbed a bike each and some gear and headed towards the track to race
Meanwhile at the Beach house, Shi's head was floating with a million thoughts. Her head was telling her to shove Hunter away from her, but her heart was telling her to keep kissing him. His lips felt warm and soft, they were so comforting to her. She melted into them never wanting the moment to end.
Hunter's lips slowly left her's and he stared into her eyes once more. "Wow!" Hunter whispered. He didn't know what else to say. Shi was an amazing kisser. And he, like her, never wanted the moment to end.
Pulling up to the beach house, Chantale parked her car and got out. Going inside she did not see her cousin. Looking around a part of her told her to go outside.
Stepping out on the deck she walked over to the railing and looked out at the ocean. Looking down her eyes widened in horror.
Hunter was laying on top of her cousin and they looked very much into each other. She walked back in the house in shock.
Pulling out her phone she called Tori. "Tori?"
Meanwhile Tori, Blake, Dustin, Shane, Blake and Cam were taking a water break. Tori's phone rang. "Hello." she paused. "Chantale whats going on?" Pausing Tori's eyes got wide. "WHAT?!?!?"
Tori nearly chocked on the water she was drinking. Instead she spat it out, hitting Blake's pants.
Blake groaned loudly and Dustin laughed, where as Tori went back to her conversation with Chantale.
"Are you positive?" Tori asked.
After hearing the reply Tori closed her eyes and ran her only free hand over her face..."Ok.....so what are we going to do about that?" Tori asked, waiting for the response.
Tori began to walk back over to the bike she had been using. Sighing loudly Tori nodded then said "Ok. Give me ten minutes and I'll be there. Then we can grill them for all it's worth." Dropping the cell phone into her back pocket, Tori tossed her helmet back onto her head, revved the engine of the bike back to life and took off towards the Tomoe Beach House.
The guys stared after Tori before they clued in.
"Uh, maybe we should go after her" Blake said. The others nodded and took off after the speed demon that had become Tori. Not knowing where they were going.
Tori sped up. She did not what the guys following her. She just had to get to a main road quick. 'Look! There's one.' Revving the engine even more she shot up like a bullet onto the highway, cutting off two cars, and nearly getting killed. Popping a Wheely she sped off towards the beach house.
Dustin,Blake,Cam and Shane sped up as fast as they could go with two rookies driving with them. It wasn't exactly easy. And they were trying to chase Tori. That was like trying to find a needle in a haystack.... The boys came upon the main highway that went through Blue Bay Harbor. They didn't know which way to turn. Something some instinct told Blake to go towards the Tomoe beach house....which they did
Tori sped into the driveway to see Chantale sitting on the front steps. Jumping off her bike Tori ran full speed to where she was standing. Quietly Tori and Chantale snuck around the house and found Shi and Hunter, in the very same position that Chantale had seen them in earlier. Gasping they snuck back around to the front of the house. Tori was shocked to say the least and couldn't string together an entire sentence, it came out as mumble jumble.
Soon afterwards, the boys pulled up and Tori was still mumbling something incohearable about her thoughts being true.
The boys pulled a Tori and Chantale, but went through the house one at a time. Blake went first.
He came back blinking he looked at Tori and she looked at him. Blake sat down and was soon joined by a shocked Shane, Dustin and Cam.
On the beach the two watched then unwatched ones continued their make out session. Each taking turns being on top. when Blake saw them Shi was ravishing his brother. When Shane saw them, Hunter was ravishing Shi. When Dustin saw them it was Shi once more on top. Then Cam witnessed Hunter.
Shi rolled Hunter back again. She looked over at their bikes. "Wanna race?"
Hunter smirked. "Sounds like fun." Both went from their ninja uniforms to their motocross gear. Getting on their bikes they roared off racing down the beach.
Tori and the crew followed Chantale back into the house and they all went out side on the deck to find the beach empty.
Standing on the deck they all looked about them. But the two new love birds had flown the coop on their friends.
"Where in the hell did they go?" Blake exclaimed."They were just here."
