| Sun-Drop Cake |
| 3 C sugar 1 C margarine, softened 1/2 C shortening 3 C flour 5 eggs 1 TSP vanilla extract 1 TSP lemon extract 3/4 C Sun-Drop *Frosting* |
| Cream sugar, margarine and shortening in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour and eggs; mix well. Add flavorings; mix well. Stir in Sun-Drop. Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325* for 1-1/4 hrs. Cool in pan for several minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Pour frosting over cake. |
| *Frosting* 2 C confectioners' sugar 1/4 C Sun-Drop 2 TBSP melted margarine Mix in small bowl to make of glaze consistency. |
