| 1 8-oz pkg. lasagne noodles 1 8-oz pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 8-oz pkg. shredded cheddar cheese 1 LARGE jar spaghetti sauce 1-1/2 to 2 LBS ground beef |
| Cook lasagne according to pkg. directions; drain. Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and add salt if desired. Mix cheeses together with 1 egg. Make layers in baking dish starting with lasagne noodles, then sauce mixture, then cheeses mixture. Continue until sauce and cheese is used (should finish with a layer of cheese). Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400* for 45 min. |
