| Oven-Fried Chicken |
| 1 C flour |
| 1/2 TSP paprika |
| 1/2 TSP salt |
| 1/8 TSP pepper |
| 1/4 C margarine |
| desired chicken pieces |
| Melt margarine in oven-proof skillet (iron skillet works best). MEANWHILE: Sift flour, paprika, salt and pepper into gallon-size plastic bag. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Shake one piece at a time in flour mixture, coating well. When margarine is melted, arrange pieces in skillet and bake at 400* for 45 min. to 1 hour or until crisp and brown, turning chicken halfway through baking time. Drain on paper towel. |
