Mom's Beef Stew
3 carrots, cut up
3 potatoes, cut up
2 lbs beef stew, cut into 1-1/2" cubes
1 C water
1 TSP Worchestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic
1 or 2 bay leaves
1TBSP salt
1/4 TSP pepper
1 TSP paprika
3 onions, quartered
1 stalk celery, cut up
1  8-oz can tomato sauce
Cook in crock-pot on low for 10 - 12 hrs or high for 5 - 6 hrs.
Amounts can be adjusted as necessary. Ex. : less onions or potatoes
