| Mom's Beef Stew |
| 3 carrots, cut up |
| 3 potatoes, cut up |
| 2 lbs beef stew, cut into 1-1/2" cubes |
| 1 C water |
| 1 TSP Worchestershire Sauce |
| 1 clove garlic |
| 1 or 2 bay leaves |
| 1TBSP salt |
| 1/4 TSP pepper |
| 1 TSP paprika |
| 3 onions, quartered |
| 1 stalk celery, cut up |
| 1 8-oz can tomato sauce |
| Cook in crock-pot on low for 10 - 12 hrs or high for 5 - 6 hrs. |
| Amounts can be adjusted as necessary. Ex. : less onions or potatoes |
