| 1 LB ground beef 1 Lrg. onion, chopped(optional) 1 green bell pepper, chopped(optional) 1 8-oz package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 1 32-oz jar chunky spaghetti sauce 2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
| Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in saucepan, stirring until ground beef is crumbly and brown; drain. Add macaroni, spaghetti sauce and cheese; mix well. Simmer until heated through. |
