| Chicken & Rice Casserole |
| 1 C cooked chicken (or 2 or 3 chicken breasts) |
| 3 C cooked rice |
| 1 stalk cooked chopped celery |
| 1 can condensed Cream of Chicken soup |
| 1/2 small onion, chopped |
| 1/2 C mayonnaise |
| Optional: |
| 1 can sliced Water Chestnuts, drained |
| 1/4 C slivered almonds |
| Combine ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed Corn Flakes. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Serves 4 - 6. |
