Chicken & Rice Casserole
1 C cooked chicken (or 2 or 3 chicken breasts)
3 C cooked rice
1 stalk cooked chopped celery
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 C mayonnaise
Optional:
1 can sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
1/4 C slivered almonds
Combine ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed Corn Flakes. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Serves 4 - 6.
