| Bar-B-Q Beef Brisket |
| 1 2-lb Boneless Beef Brisket, trimmed of fat |
| 2 Cups Prepared Bar-B-Q Sauce, any flavor |
| Place brisket in 3-1/2 quart electric slow-cooker. Top with 1C bbq sauce. Cover and cook on high setting 4 - 5 hrs, or until beef is tender. Stir in remaining 1C bbq sauce. Cover and cook 15 to 30 minutes longer, or until heated through. Remove the brisket and skim off any fat from the sauce. Slice the meat across the grain and serve topped with sauce. |
