### Ground ###
Ground makes a plane, and then disturbs it about the Z axsis. The Idea here is
to make something other than a flat plane for your meshes to stand on. This
Program makes triagular faces, so theres no non-planar wierdness, and I figured
out how to turn on the back faces, so you can turn it around an still see it!
what a deal...

Ground is still command line... But never fear, I've included a batch file to
run from Windows. the syntax for ground is...

ground <size> <roughness>

Wow... Just so you know, the batch file uses 10 for the size and 25 for the
roughness.

Next step is to make ground read hightfields :)

Ground is compiled with Cygnus's version of g++, and so it needs cygwin1.dll to
run.

This software, like any old piece of junk is presented "as is"...
