1.  Highlight the text that you want to be a link.
2.  Click on the insert link icon.
3.  Click on the Choose File button.
4.  Find the page you want to link to and click on OK.
5.  Test the link by clicking on the Preview button.

Creating an External Link

1.  Highlight the text you want to be a link.
2.  Click on the insert link icon.
3.  Type in the URL of the page you want to link to.

Creating a link within a page

1.  Click where you want the target to be.
2.  Click on the Target button.
3.  Type in a name for the target (top of page, etc.)  Repeat steps 2-3 for all the targets within the page.
4.  Highlight the text to link to the target.
5.  Click on the link button.
6.  Click on the target name.
7.  Repeat steps 4-6 for all the targets.
8.  Test the link with the preview button.

E-Mail Link

1.  Highligh the text yoiu wnat to link.
2.  Click on the Link icon.
3.  Type "mailto:name@address".
4.  Click OK.
