~*~ Rafe and Alison's Story ~*~
Alison Barrington came from a rich family and was happily dating Jamal Woods way before she even met Rafe. Rafe came to Port Charles to help get rid of all the evillness. Alison was carrying a plate full of muffins and dropped it when she ran into Rafe and an immediate friendship occured. Jack, Alison, and Rafe went to the Monastary and a tree hit Alison, when Jack went to get help, Rafe saved her life by healing her.
Rafe felt like a failor and ran out of the Recovery Room. Alison saw that he left his journal and saw that it stopped ten years ago, April 10, 1991.Alison saw Rafe bring a little bird back to life and Alison realized he was in angel. Everyone was trapped in Tempted, and Alison was trying to get into the club, but Rafe wouldn't let her. So he took her away form there and told her that he couldn't let anything happen to her. Then they went back to save the others. But the time they got back, Caleb was dead thanks to Livvie. Rafe now had a new job. He had to get all the couples back together by Christmas Eve. Rafe & Ali baby sat, Danny while trying to help Ian & Eve. Danny was getting all fussy so Rafe put on a light show. Afterwards, Ali and Rafe went on the bridge and Rafe put on a private light show for her.They almost kissed but they didn't.
A few days later, Rafe went to bring a package to Alison. When he walked in and saw her naked, he dropped the package. Alison went to get dressed and they cleaned up the spilled package and had a jelly and syrup fight in the process. They started to glaze into their eyes and Rafe couldn't resist his feelings for her any longer. They shared their first kiss. Then Jamal walked in and interupted them.
Alison was on her way to Chicago on Christmas Eve, but she wanted to say goodbye to Rafe. When Rafe told her about his plan, Ali was really disappointed that she was going to miss it. Alison told Rafe that she would never trade the time that they spent together for anything. They hugged and said goodbye and Alison was almost crying. Alison was about to leave for Chicago when the flight was cancelled.She went to Kevin and Lucy's party and Rafe was surprised to see her. She then helped Rafe get Lucy and Kevin married. Rafe asked her to dance and swept her off her feet. Lucy and Kevin got married. Alison and Rafe went outside because he wanted to be alone with her. She got cold, so he put his jacket over her. Alison wanted to say so many things to her, and so did he. But then he went to Heaven.
On New Years Eve, Ali bumped her head landing in the hospital for New Year Eve. At the stroke of twelve, she was looking at the fireworks, then this light appeared. Then Rafe appeared. Alison was really surprised but happy to see him. Rafe told her its a long story. Alison wondered if he did that bright life and Rafe replied no I never seen anything like that. Alison smiled and hugged him and told him that she was glad he's back. Alison wanted to Rafe to experience things he didn't experience on the first time around so she took him on a walk in the woods, they ate hot chocolate, and they made snow angels together. They felt like they were the only two people in the world.
Rafe and Alison decided to go sledding, but they had to go back to Alison's to get the sleds. They started goofing off, so Rafe carried Ali over his shoulders. But Jamal was back so Ali asked Rafe to leave so she went to talk to Jamal. She later went back to find Rafe and he comforted her. Ali asked him to take off his halo and asked him what he wanted the most. He said he wanted to kiss her so they kissed very passionately in the park. But Ali felt guilty about Jamal so she left.
Ali decided she wanted to move forward with her relationship with Jamal and she didn't want him to get jealous so she told Rafe she couldn't see him anymore, but meant they could only be friends, but Rafe was devastated because he was gonna tell her that he loves her. He gave her some pink roses, but Ali threw them away so Jamal wouldn't see them even though she really wished she could have kept them. Ali told Rafe she still wanted to be friends with him, but Rafe reminded her that friends hung out together and they couldn't do that anymore.
Rafe lefted his journal on the table, and Ali picked it up ended up reading it. She discovered the real reason why Rafe came back to Port Charles because he was in love with her and he gave up his job as a guardian angel forever. But when Rafe asked her if she read it, she lied. Later, Rafe threw his journal in the garbage.
Valerie tried to kill Alison, but Jamal showed up and a shot went out and Valerie died. Jamal blamed Ali for it and told her they could never be together again. Ali was very hurt and went back home and saw Rafe cleaning up and ran to him in comfort.
Later, Alison decided to move back to the Barrington mansion and go back to her snotty attitude when Rafe over heard Amanda Barrington talking about it and raced over to her and kidnapped her. Alison wouldn't listen to Rafe at all first, but then she understood. She admitted to him that she had read his journal and knew that he loved her and everything he gave up to be with her. Rafe told her he was glad she knew and Alison admitted her feelings for him and they made love.
Alison and Rafe were finally happy together, but they both knew that they time would end soon. They moved in together. Alison wanted to have Rafe's baby, but Rafe explained to her he couldn't let her raise his child alone. They had their own special wedding in the barn where they exchanged their own vows. On Rafe's last day on earth, Alison almost died but was saved by Paige, who Alison thought was her great grandmother, Rebecca. Rafe didn't want Alison to meet Paige at first, but now he regrets it. Alison and Rafe shared a sweet and tender tearfully goodbye.
Rafe and Alison missed each other terribly and Rafe was desperate to find his way back to Alison. Rafe had a deal with the devil in order to return to earth. Rafe didn't realize that he would have to lose his memory. Unfortunely, Livvie found him first and he thinks he's in 1991 so Livvie told him they were lovers and they got married.
When Rafe finally did lay eyes on Alison, he kissed her because hes been dreaming about her face even though he doesn't remember her. Alison told them they were lovers but Livvie is now pregnant (she told rafe he was the dad, but isn't) so they are Torn Apart. Rafe feels obligated but wants Alison.
Rafe found out he's not the father of Livvie's baby and he fell in love with Ali all over again. They reunited in the barn and Alison kisses got his memory back. They reunited but Livvie shot him. He went to heaven, but they sent him back down to be with Ali and they reunited.
They were very happy together and planned to get married until Caleb came back and plotted against them. They thought they might be siblings, but found proof that their not, so they reunited.
Rafe and Alison were happy together again, until they realized vampire, Joshua wanted Alison to be his wife as he makes Port Charles a vampire nation. Rafe, Alison, Livvie, and Caleb went into hiding, where a friendship formed between Ali and Caleb. Everyone thought Alison was dead until Livvie exposed the truth. Joshua kidnapped Alison and drugged and brainwashed her. He drugged her into stabbing Rafe, and almost killing him. Rafe and Caleb killed Joshua, and Alison was thrilled that Rafe is alive. Rafe and Alison reunited, but Alison can't forgive herself for almost killing Rafe. But they got passed everything and moved on with their lives.
But when Livvie stole Caleb's ring, that changed everything. Livvie made a wish that Caleb would have the most passionate night of his life, only he was with Alison at the time she made the wish. So Caleb and Alison had sex because they couldn't control what they were doing. Alison couldn't tell Rafe the truth, instead they decided to go forward with their wedding plans and they went to a beautiful resort to get married. Rafe's wedding gift to Alison was that he got their closest friends to come to the resort to see them married. So they finally did it. They got married. And although, that was the final episode of Port Charles, and despite the fact that Alison slept with Caleb due to his magic ring and Rafe doesn't know yet, I have a feeling that Rafe and Alison will get pass it and live happily ever after!
