MADISON -- A hair salon in the borough is one new jersey child support of the best places in the U.S. to get a haircut, according to the August edition of Elle magazine.

Salvatore Minardi's clients, including some who followed him to Madison from his father's salon in Nutley and new clients, such as Mayor Mary-Anna Holden, who were drawn into his salon by his charity cut-a-thons, say his salon, located in Madison for seven years, deserves the distinction.
Minardi said Elle contacted Ren� Furterer, a Paris-based hair product jersey boys in las vegas company, to see what salons the company recommends. The company directed Elle to Minardi, a 25-year ambassador for the Ren� Furterer product line. The international fashion magazine then contacted Minardi, asking about the three most popular haircuts in Madison.
"I said, 'The bob, the bob, the bob," Minardi said.
The bob, a short cut, has multi-faceted possibilities when you look at vintage penguin hockey jersey layers, geometry, bangs or no bangs, and color, Minardi said.
"That's what's coming into our salon," he said. "We had to be very creative in how we interpreted it on each person."
Holden received one of Minardi's bob cuts during a salon fundraiser for Project Community Pride, a counseling program for children at risk in Madison, Florham Park and Chatham.
Holden entered the salon with her hair down to her shoulders and told Minardi he could cut it however he saw fit.
"Very fast, he cut to the razor," Holden said. "I never saw hair fly so fast."
About five or six inches of hair later, she had her new look.
"He really cut it pretty dramatically, too," she said. "I have never had so many compliments on my hair adoption new jersey because it's such a good cut that he gay clubs new jersey gives."

"Even though my sister and I get the very basics done, I do see a lot of people that get special effects and they always look very attractive," she said. "I very often look at the people they're working on and some of them look stunning."
