Summer

The midnight hour approaches fast
Glittering, the faeries laugh
To celebrate the summer's night
The stars and moon, which shine so bright

And light the sky for miles around
If you dare to listen, you'll hear the sound
Of a thousand tiny feet
Dancing swiftly to the beat

Of the earth's very heart
Their sweet magic, to impart
To the humans who will dare
To walk into the faeries lair
