Seattle, Washington
Thursday  -  Flew to Seattle for a weekend loghome building class.  The class took place at Skip E's ranch and it was great!  Took lots of notes for the 11-12 hour classes.  Unfortunately, Skip did not allow students to take pictures of the sessions or the buildings -- so NO photos.  If you're interested in attending the seminar or just want to check out the web site then visit the North American Log Home Builders association.

Since we flew in on a Thursday morning we stopped at Greenville Cemetery in Renton, WA and paid our respects at Jimi Hendrix's gravesite.

Friday  -  Sightseeing in Seattle - "Thanks Uncle Lee!".  Saw Lake Washington, the Space Needle, EMP - Experience Music Project, and the wharf (?) and had the best clam chowder at "Ivars" - yummy!  Also, visited Bruce and Brandon Lee's grave site at Lakeview Cemetery.  (What is it with all these gravesite visits?).

The next 2 days we were in class from 8AM to 8PM.  All in all, had a great stay.
