Chichi's Birthday

(Goku is getting out of bed.  He's trying not to wake up his beloved wife, Chichi.)

Goku:  *whispers* Please don't wake up.

(He gets out of bed.  He starts to put his gi clothing.)

Chichi:  Where are you going?

Goku:  Oh, nowhere.

Chichi:  Well, come here and give me a kiss.

(Goku walks towards his wife and gives her a passionate kiss.  The kiss was cut short cause someone knocked on the door.)

Chichi:  Who is it?

Gohan:  Me, mama!

Chichi:  Come in!

Gohan:  *opens his parents bedroom door* Oi papa.  Oi mama.

Chichi & Goku:  Oi Gohan.

Gohan: We should be heading out papa.

Chichi:  Heading where?

Goku:  Chichi, I told Gohan that I'd spend the day with him.

Chichi:  But you guys, today is my birth-

(She couldn't finish her sentence because they were already gone out the door.)

Chichi:  I can't believe those two!  What the nerve!  Oh well, let me get up and start cleaning. *got dressed and started to clean the bathroom* I'm 24 today.  Wow, I can't believe that I'm 24!  It seems like yesterday I got married and had Gohan.  Now Gohan is 6 and I've been married for 7 years.

(Suddenly someone knocks on the bathroom door.)

Ox King:  Chichi, are you in there?

Chichi:  Yes!  I'm in here!

(Ox King opens the bathroom door.)

Chichi:  Oi papa.

Ox King: Oi Chichi.  Happy birthday!

Chichi:  Thank you.

Ox King:  I got something for you.

Chichi:  *gets off the bathroom floor* What is it?

Ox King:  *pulls out a locket out of his pocket* This is a locket that your mother and I wore.  This is her locket.

Chichi:  Where's your...

Ox King:  Around my neck.  I gave this locket to your mother when she was 24.  Now that you're 24 it's yours.

Chichi:  Papa, this is the best gift someone ever gave me besides my Goku and Gohan! *jumps in her father's arms* *starts to cry* Thank you so much!

Ox King:  You're welcome.

Chichi:  Look at what I've become.

Ox King:  You turned out to be a beautiful wife and mother, just like your mother.

(Suddenly the phone rang.)

Chichi:  *walks over to the phone* Hello, this Chichi speaking.

Krillen:  Oi Chichi!

Chichi:  Oi Krillen.

Krillen:  Chichi, Bulma asked if you would like come over.

Chichi:  Well...  I don't know.

Krillen:  Come on, it'll be fun!

Chichi:  Well, I guess.  I'll be right over.

Krillen:  Okay, bye Chichi!

Chichi:  Bye Krillen. *hangs up phone* Papa, where are you going?

Ox King:  Out, for a minute.

Chichi:  Okay, bye.

Ox King:  Bye. *leaves the house*

Chichi:  Well, let me start getting dressed.

(She goes up to her bedroom.  She opens her door to see a pretty dress with a note on her bed.  She walks over to the bed and opens the note.)

Here's a beautiful dress, Chichi.
Love Goku

Chichi:  This dress is beautiful!  It's also my favorite color!  That Goku, I love him.  I'm going to be late! *gets dressed*

(With that, Chichi  is headed towards Bulma's house.  She jumps in her capsule car and is off..)

Bulma's House

Goku:  I can't wait to see her face!

Gohan:  Me too papa!

Tein:  Chichi is going to be so happy.

Krillen:  She sure is.

Bulma:  Shhhhhhh!  I think I hear her coming.  Vegeta, hit the lights.

Vegeta:  You hit your own lights, woman!

Bulma:  You make me sick!

Gohan:  I got it, Bulma.

Bulma:  Thank you, Gohan!

(Gohan turns out the lights.  Everyone is silent.  Chichi just got out of the capsule car and is now headed towards the house.)

*knock knock knock*

Chichi:  Is anyone home? *opens the door*

(Everyone, except for Vegeta, shouted, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHICHI!")

Chichi:  Oh my gosh!  This is for me?!

Goku:  Yes, dear!

Chichi:  Whose idea was this?

Bulma:  Goku's and mine.

Gohan:  And mine!

Bulma:  I'm sorry.  Gohan and Goku's.

Chichi:  Thank you all.  Papa, you new about this?

Ox King:  Yes.

Goku:  I see you got on the dress that I brought you!

Chichi:  Yes, I do.  And thank you.

Goku:  You can thank me later. *devilish smile*

(Chichi just smiles.  The party was going well.  Everyone was dancing, except Vegeta.)

Bulma:  Vegeta, dance with me!

Vegeta:  The Prince of Saiyans doesn't dance, woman!

Bulma:  You're such a jerk.

Yamcha:  Bulma, do want to dance?

Bulma:  I sure do!

Vegeta:  Don't touch my mate!

Bulma:  Why not?  You don't want to dance with me, so I'm going to dance with Yamcha.

(Vegeta walks over to Bulma and sweeps her off her feet.)

Goku:  I didn't know that Vegeta can dance!

Chichi:  Me neither!

4 Hours Passed

Yamcha:  It's getting late

Tein:  Yeah, it is.  I'm about to be heading out.

Krillen:  Me too.

Yamcha, Krillen & Tein:  Bye everyone, and happy birthday Chichi!

Chichi:  Thank you and bye!  I think that we should start to get home also.  Let's go Gohan.

Bulma:  He's asleep.  I'll let him sleep in the guest room, if it's okay with you.

Chichi:  Well...

Goku:  It's okay, Bulma.

Chichi:  Well, I guess I'll see you later Bulma.  And thank you very much, I really had a nice time.

Bulma:  I'm glad you did.

Chichi:  Bye!

Goku:  Bye Vegeta!  Bye Bulma!

Bulma:  Bye Goku!

Vegeta:  *doesn't answer*

(With there goodbye's said, Chichi and Goku head home.)

Chichi and Goku's House

Chichi:  Gok-

(Goku cuts her off with a sweet and passionate kiss.  Then he picks her up and carries her to their bedroom.)

Goku:  *lays Chichi down* Happy birthday Mrs. Son, I love you.

Chichi:  I love you too Mr. Son, and thank you.

(With that, he kisses her again.)

The Next Morning

They woke up together, pleased.
