What's the worst job you've ever had?
Factory production line work... I had to solder these components and I was crap at it. The bloke next to me was 17 and going out with a 60 year old, and about to appear on Trisha to talk about 'age gap relationships', and the bloke opposite on me was on bail having been done for GBH. Nice.

What ringtone is on your mobile?
I have an old fashioned type 'ring ring' noise. It sounds like an old 'finger in the dial' type phone. It really chills me out 'cos it sounds so dignified and slow-moving!
Worst so-called "fashionable" item in the shops at the moment?
I have no idea - half way through last year I decided to stop shopping in high-street stores. I now shop in small shops for things like jeans or trousers, and I buy material to make my own tops, and dresses... so you see... really I'm above fashion!
Most money spent on one piece of clothing?
Ages ago, �80 on some shoes, but I'm not that stupid now!

Pizza and DVD definitely, I'm very into entertaining at home, although I do like small underground clubnights.

I'd like to talk philosophy with Will Young - I don't think anyone realises just how intelligent that boy is! Also, I think someone quite fiesty like Shirley Mansun - we'd put the world to rights!

If you hadn't been a radio presenter what would you be now?
Probably a journalist or a scriptwriter... when I was little I wanted to be a serious news reporter... that is until I realised that it's not nice in war-torn places.
