"Radio Free Roscoe" is a show made - to my knowledge as of now - specifically for The-N, which is the teen block on Noggin. "RFR" is about four teens, Lily, Ray, Travis, and Robbie, who run a radio show called - three guesses - Radio Free Roscoe. The only problem is that they have to stay anonymous. So, they go by nick-names. Shady Lane, Pronto, Smog, and Question Mark. The rival station, Cougar Radio, is thier High School's station, and is run by the horrible and preppy Kim Carlisle. As Shady Lane put it, CR is a "audio wedgie". There's a lot going on behind the scenes of RFR, so catch all the action Fridays at 8:30 PM EST after Degrassi: the Next Generation. Only in The-N! (See?
