JOIN US IN OUR SUPPORT FOR PALESTINIAN LIBERATION!


Please follow these steps for Florida Palestine Solidarity Network membership:

 

  1. Ensure that you agree with the FPSN Unity Statement and Goals
  2. Fill out the form to the right and hit 'JOIN', then await a response from the Network to confirm your membership. You will be subscribed to the Network's low-volume listserve ([email protected]) and may participate in all discussion. Network decisions are reached by the consensus of members.
  3. Continue your Palestine-solidarity activism. Contact Network members in your area to collaborate on events (teach-ins, video showings, demonstrations, panels, etc.). Outreach to sympathetic groups and individuals, and recruit new members to strengthen the Network.
  4. Post local Palestine-focused events on the Network listserve and Calendar.
  5. Participate locally in Network-supported campaigns, days of action and action alerts.
  6. Stay current on issues affecting the struggle for Palestinian liberation and self-determination by reading articles posted on the Network listserve and Forum. Help the Network remain effective.
  7. If you are able, travel to Palestine for human rights work and/or direct action (see Resources page for travel opportunities). Upon returning, share your experiences with as many people as possible, in as many venues as possible. Assist and support others who've done the same.

Goals

 

Whereas the state of Israel is brutally and wrongfully occupying and colonizing Palestine, denying the indigenous population its innate freedom, killing civilians and confiscating land, the Florida Palestine Solidarity Network stands together as a group of individuals and organizations in Florida that:

  • are dedicated to raising awareness about the true nature of the Israel-Palestine Conflict.
  • are committed to helping end the Israeli occupation of Palestine and to supporting Palestinian liberation and self-determination.
  • endorse the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

 

 

  • To stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
  • To link individuals and organizations throughout Florida who subscribe to our Unity Statement (above).
  • To raise awareness about the true nature of the Israel-Palestine conflict through critical thought, discussion and activism.
