AFTERLIFE: YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS
If you were to die, right now, as you visiting this Web Site, are you sure where youd go? Heaven or Hell? In the war for our lives (and souls) there are two forces: God and Satan. Either one or the other is in possession of your soul. If you have not pledged your allegiance to God, then your soul belongs to Satan. It is already his, you don't have to sell it to him. But God has already fought and won the battle in which he purchased your freedom with his blood. All you have to do is accept what God has done for you and make him your Lord and God. This page was mostly written by David Kuehl who gave me permission to use it. His copy is here. Thanks David. The first two sentences are modified from other leaflets and such about Christ. The ABC (Admitting-Believing-Confessing) has also been used on many other letters encouraging people to come to know Jesus.
In Him,
You can do this right now by:
Admitting Admitting to God that you are a sinner.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23).
Repent and turn away from your sin.
Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord (Acts 3:19).
Believing Believing that Jesus is God's Son and that God sent Jesus to save people from their sin, by dying on the cross, and then that Jesus rose from the dead three days later.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
Committing
Committing your life to Jesus. Trust Him to be your Savior and Lord.
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved (Romans 10:9-10).
Now that you are a believer, the next step is to join a Christian church home. You may have to go to a few different churches before you find the one God wants you to be in, but He will led you to the one he wants you to go to.
Please contact me if you have surrendered your life to Jesus Christ or if you have any questions about being a follower of Jesus.
